Go on over to the official Xbox forums and read about the "pro-Sony" people buying RRoD replacements.
The One doesn't "run on" a Win8 kernel. The Win8 kernel is for apps, and runs parallel to the game OS, both of which run on top of the hypervisor OS.
"All this 12gbs of ram talk might as well go to 16; two 8 gig modules is about 48 bucks."
You do understand that an upgrade would require a bit more than just swapping in higher cap DIMMs, right?
Odd... to the contrary, I've seen a number of people tout how awesome Sunset Overdrive is/will be when we literally know next to nothing about it.
"The developers they will not be porting titanfall 1 to ps4"
Source?
"Speaking to GameTrailers, studio founder Vince Zampella had some choice words when asked if "PlayStation Nation is gonna have to wait for Titanfall."
"At launch we're going to be on Xbox One, 360, and PC," Zampella said, emphasizing the words "at launch." So when asked in a follow-up if he means Titanfall could come to other...
Relish the "MS exclusivity" of PC games while you can, folks... its days are numbered.

But that's an inadequate comparison. You're shouldn't be comparing 5-6GB of total memory as GDDR5 to the 3GB of GDDR5 that you have on your vidcard, since you've also got an additional 16GB of system memory that the PS4 doesn't have.
@dredgewalker: I too enjoy my coffee, ciggies, & books! Not only that, but Amazon can't reach through my internet and delete my physical books from off of my bookshelf.
"If only there was a way to have physical disk games that could be installed to have the same benefit of digital games but keep the ability to resell exclusively to the specific "authorized retailers" that MS allows you to. That would be a perfect combination.
"Oh wait, people ruined that dream by whining to MS when they weren't even going to buy a Xbox to begin with."
Fixed.
TLoU MP gameplay is awesome, but it definitely needs more (and more varied) maps. And the metagame is a PITA. It makes it a lot more frustrating when you're having a bad run of rounds, and it isn't very rewarding when you do do well. I've also "lost connection with host" while the map is loading and it counted it as a day with zero supplies (has happened twice in my 1.5 "journeys." Total BS. That being said, I'm looking forward to completing my Firefly jour...
Yeah, this could probably only come from an anonymous "source" and never in an official statement.
"Designed with 10-year life cycle"... (sold with 1 year warranty)."
"Video Games will never be considered an ATHLETIC sport"
Now we're getting somewhere. I'm on board with that.
Roper: "Competitive eating" is physically demanding as well. Sport?
Eyeco: They do curling in the Olympics.
How about bobsledding? Sport?
"God the thought of "athletes" in 20 million dollar contracts for playing Starcraft makes me cringe"
But people getting paid $20mil to hit a little ball with a stick doesn't?
And hey... try doing some 48-hour Korean StarCraft marathon and s...
But NASCAR is a sport? What exactly is your criteria?
Meh... I'd just say that playing a sport doesn't necessarily make you an athlete. Billiards, competitive shooting, and NASCAR are sports (some even include poker), but you don't need to be physically fit (an "athlete") to do it.
Just about. And the ESL writing doesn't help.

"Craft able items include Molotov, bombs and smoke bombs this items can be really useful during a game so always be on the lookout for the parts that allow you to craft these items"
My crafting prioritization:
1) modded melee
2) molotov
3) shiv
4) smoke
5) bomb
Molotovs are great, but I love smoke bombing two guys...
Looks like someone needs a dictionary.
@NegativeCreep: They didn't need to be "verified," but they needed to be "cooked" through a converter program to work on the PS3. Any level/skin/mod made on PC could be "baked" and loaded on the PS3.
And you could download them off the web onto a thumbstick, but someone also came up with a really easy way to download and install from the PS3 browser. UT3 had an in-game mod browser, but I forget if that was just to load mods or if you could d...
Hryb isn't "just a community manager." He's Director of Programming for XBL. "Director" is an executive-level title. Not "top" level, but executive-level nonetheless.
"The PS4 has 4 buttons that the vita doesn't which always makes them have to change the button config for PS Vita ports and it never feels right"
They get mapped to the touchscreen/touchpad. No, it's not identical, but it's not like it's that huge of a leap.
"also there will be a graphic downgrade when you use remote play"
You mean a 720/1080p PS4 game won't be identical on a Vita's 960x544 screen? ...
