As long as you directly rip the game from your actual copy yourself is it legal. Downloading and distribution of the ROMs themselves is still illegal, even if you already own a copy in its physical form.
God of War definitely will not be here before late 2022, think again. Horizon 2 is possible for holiday 2021, but you don't need a PS5 to play it. I will be playing it on PS4 Pro. Even so, it could be delayed into early 2022 as well.
"Best platformer I played in years"
Ori from MS, and Nintendo in general say hi. If it is platformers you want, look outside of the Sony bubble.
@Christopher
I never said Astro was a remake. It is more of a tech demo to me. Godfall was a flop. And Demon Souls is a remake of a PS3 game....not sure what you are trying to say.
I forgot about Destruction All Stars. But that one extra game with a 63 on metacritic isn't much to write home about.
My point stands. I just find it funny that people claim PS5 has so many games they can only play on PS5, when the only good game is ...
@InUrFoxHole
You cannot delay a game that has no release date.
The remake of a PS3 game, a tech demo, and Godfall?
I mean literally everything elae that has come out for PS5 is cross gen or multiplat, so not sure what you are talking about here. I mean Sony promised games in 2021, but so far most have been delayed.
I will have a PS5 eventually when Ragnarok comes out, but I went with Series X first this time as well. I just like how MS is approaching things this gen and how well they are handling gamepass. And I am someone who prior to this gen, always picked PS from the PS2 through the PS4.
Still hanging on to those early cross gen ports I see, while more recent comparisons tend to favor the Series X...especially in resolution.
Bots and ponies need to chill on the power comparisons till actual next gen games are released, that are built for the new tech from the ground up. They are such a coin toss now that either side just looks stupid for trying to bring them up.
Delayed from when? Was there a release date given, or are you just name dropping Bethesda games for the hell of it?
And no, rumors are not release date reveals.
@Lexreborn2
I said games that DO have next gen improvements or cross gen versions will 99% have the next gen upgrades via gamepass. I never said anything about the games that did not have upgrades to begin with, for the obvious reason that you cannot add an upgrade that does not exist. The twisting of words by some of you is hilarious.
@Magog
Actually the Series X is just as big as the PS5, especially in the west. It is sold out everywhere in most countries, so we really don't know what the sales potential is. The reason the PS5 has sold more is due mostly to having more stock, and its reputation in countries like EU. Even in resale, it is very close to PS5 in demand. One look on EBay can tell you that.
Also the growth for Gamepass has been staggering compared to PSNow, it is cl...
What they would need to do is rebrand it and invest in newer games like MS does. The ground work is there, but the PSNow name is too sullied by lackluster press.
The only question is that if Sony is willing to make the investment risk to push the service in the same way MS does. I personally don't think they are. While Sony does have a lot of money, they don't have MS money to play around with. Though the overall success MS has found with gamepass should be an i...
Because the games that have Series X upgrades and are cross gen give you the next gen version via smart delivery instead of the BC version. The only exception seems to be control, since Remedy released the game twice and won't let saves carry over to Ultimate.
With PS5 you seem to get the PS4 version regardless of if there is a next gen upgrade or not, outside of maybe a few exceptions.
There are no complaints there because it is not the same thing, ...
@neutralgamer
Borderlands 2 is not a games as a service though, which is what he was talking about.
@Rude-ro
Both Gears 4 and 5 were great, just as good as anything Sony put out. Forza and Forza Horizon have been killing it, and Halo 5 (while strayed a bit) was Still not a bad game by any means. All of these were great.
Sea of Thieves is a new IP, and while it had a rough start, it turned into something great and has a huge healthy player base. Recore also saw a rough release. But the more polished Definitive Edition has seen a lot of praise as well...
Why boast about Outriders when we can use MLB The Show instead?
But I guess that game is no big deal either now. /s
I love Wario too, and I suppose a "Bowser vs Warrior" battle of the villains would be cool.
I mean, technically if Mario died then Bowser would take over and be the new king.
1. TLoU2 is indeed too long. I enjoyed it till the 15 hour mark, then it was a drag. That type of linear story shooter does not need to be 25-30 hours long.
2. I agree here.
3.I agree.
4. Also agree.
For me...
Wind Waker
Twilight Princess
Skyward Sword

These are the best Link's in that order IMO based on their backstory and general percieved personality in my eyes. Since he is silent in the eyes of the player, gotta rely on hidden backstory, motivations, and interactions with other characters to define the personality part.
