Fake CV. First of all, R* North doesn't use Maya for modeling, they use 3Dmax. Second thing, in his resume, you can see there is no MP3. I'm pretty sure he would've put that he was lead vehicle designer for MP3 too if this was real thing because thats what credits at the end said.

Yes, "by march 2013". Thats the date their fiscal year ends. GTAV could be released anyday from now till 31st of March 2013.
It doesn't mean its not going to be released this year. It means that it will be released in T2 2013 fiscal year that goes from 31st March this year to 31st March next year. It could be October, or holiday season or next year March, but definitely in next 8 months.
Max Payne 3 AFAIK has stored cutscenes on disk, GTAV won't have those since that would take considerably more than 35gigs and wouldn't make much sense since you don't have to get into action seamlessly like in MP3.
If you have a big open game, lots of ai and alphas (grass, fire, explosion) you are either going sub hd or low frame per second, or both. PS3 didn't really have alot of open world games. Infamous 2 was last one and it had no AA. Its all about trade offs. When you have scripted game you can much easier control frame rate "spikes", its predictable, and engine is not thinking what to do next. To the guy who says it runs at consistent 40fps. It doesn't. All they did was uncap the frame rate and not hold it at 30fps when it can go higher than that. Do you people understand that the latest leak from MP3 disk implies that GTAV will feature skiing, hiking and snowmobiles? It could easily be the craziest and boldest GTA yet. RDR was made by R* SD which, with North, is their best team. LA Noire was completely made by TB and Rockstar helped to make a game out of very complicated idea. MP3 is made by Vancouver so it was never meant to be on the level of GTA and RDR.

Its in engine, like ACIII trailer. Balestra (CEO of ND) showed their rendering farm for in engine cutscenes.
Look at released screenshots than compare it to this trailer. There is rather noticable difference. This trailer would have trouble running at 30fps on high end PCs, let alone console.

Just look at the face of this girl...Just the face has probably more than 40k polygons with that kind of hair. And than shadow quality below her finger, its just more than you see in Crysis 2 ultra settings DX11(and those guys have best shadow tech out there). So....
Well in engine means that models and assets are straight out of somethin like maya than rendered with farm of PS3s. High quality and very very high in poly count. Developers than strip down those assets, so don't get your hopes up. It will look fantastic, like UC2 and UC3 were, even better, but don't expect it to look like this. Similar to ACIII and their in engine trailer.
