I don't think they *can* have it both ways. Victim blaming is traditionally a method of removing culpability from the person who's actually at fault. Three people isn't exactly hard evidence for it being the PSN data. Two people at my office were hit a couple of years back from going to some Taco Bell near where they lived. Not that it necessarily isn't from this, but credit card theft is rather more common than we'd all like.
