You can use it to preorder more than JUST those three games, the list includes Twisted Metal, SOCOM 4, ICO/SotC, Resistance 3 and MotorStorm.
I don't know if I'd have bought it from them if I'd known it wasn't the GotY edition. Take what you can get, though, I guess. :(
Yeah, maybe the older elite bundle is the thing to do... I heard that the slims are way better on power consumption, which has made me want one of them instead, but... hm. I guess I just expected to see some awesome sale on Black Friday. (That is a super awesome deal in the UK though.) Eh, I'm just whining. Don't mind me too much. :)
Maybe I should check out the used ones.
Ugh. Why is it ALWAYS the 4GB? I'm finally ready to buy a 360, and the only sales are on this crappy version...
...please be a troll, please be a troll...
In case you're not, the only ones who've proved this are the right-wing media. Real scientific reports tend to show that it's a real phenomena.
Huh? They're always rated quite high at customer service. (They have their problems, like all corporations do, but customer service just isn't one of the issues Apple has in general...)
The can't sit down thing is apparently fixed now.
One bubble? That's sad.
I agree quite a bit, although I didn't think the story in FF7 was too convoluted. 7 isn't as good as 6 for me either, but I don't think those were the issues. I don't know what the issues were, though... I think maybe I just loved 6 too much for 7 to compare.
@MorganX
I understand that point of view, even though I don't share it. I'm a girl, so I'm constantly playing as people who don't represent me at all-- sexuality, race, gender... it doesn't matter because it's almost never me I'm playing in a game. I do think it's fair that you wouldn't want to play it, though. To each their own!
@MorganX
Well, there's a romantic aspect in many games-- save the princess is the most basic of them. Why are almost all the characters straight in their romances? Obviously, if we're dealing with a story that has no plot, then we don't need to know the sexuality of the "character," but unlike a "heterosexual that likes to do it doggystyle," the sexuality of a character could be important to the character.
As a country, it's harder to control your economy if you don't have control over the money you use. You end up much more tied to what other countries do, so you have to give up a certain amount of autonomy, and no one really wants to do that.
(Or rather, no one wants to do that with unstable countries.)
Well, isn't that just a ray of sunshine.
Quadruple? Pff. This is why people are going to say it flopped if it sells the same number of units as the Move.
lol, when I see people say that, I have always assumed they really do mean they want some old school isometric gaming.
Remember folks, this is vgchartz... Numbers are about as accurate as the original Wii controller ;)
I think bowling is bocce. Someone doesn't know how to play either one, I'd say...
It depends on where you live. Sports Champions is bundled on the North American release, but I don't think it is for the rest of the world...
That second article boils down to "Sony wants it to happen, so it must have been there all along!"
MGS5 is possible. Does that mean it's been available since three years ago and I didn't know? Guess I should complain about Konami keeping MGS5 back for their balance sheets!
Is this a real question? I'm going to answer it as if it were.
A PS3 compared to a PS2 is not a direct hardware upgrade. It's not like getting a new x86 computer and expecting Windows to work. To run the code, you need either
1. the original hardware (or upgraded hardware that uses the same instruction set), or
2. a software emulation layer that translates the assembly (obviously going to be prone to errors and bugs like all software is)
Considering the PS3s that had "software" emulation still had some PS2 hardware, and that a full emulator wasn't used on any PS3, color me skeptical. I'll believe it when I see it running on a slim. At a third party site.
I notice that they also think they're going to be undetectable on PSN. I'm pretty sure that's what the Xbox modders thought, too.
Really? They missed out. I mean, it really only had a few more issues than the already horribly buggy, crashy Fallout 3, but the story and the dialog options and so on were more reminiscent of the original Fallouts.
