"LOL, for once free yourselfs of your fanboyism ignorance and do some research."

"Uncharted 2's settings are ok, they take place in alaska and in a rural town."

Great research there, buckaroo. I also love how you say that these games are really similar and should be compared and then go on a rant about how different they are. Haha.

Now to set you straight. As has been said, Uncharted contains both stealth and gunning. It's a mini-sand...

As far as I was aware, it was only for a specific retailer, not an official bundle. So this isn't surprising.

I'm betting they put in Bluetooth like with the PSP Go.

Uncharted 2?

The PS3 has the games to attract buyers. God of War 3 doesn't make it a must buy all of a sudden. It's been that way for a while.

While this is good news, let's not forget that this is just Amazon, which is a very small percent of actual sales. Also, Amazon may or may not show a trend. There have been many articles here using Amazon as a source and I've noticed that Sony shoppers probably use Amazon more than 360 shoppers.

inFamous was well above Prototype on Amazon, but that wasn't reflected in sales. Just take any and all news using Amazon as their source with a grain of salt ;-).

F.E.A.R 2????

Wow, that's a very late port.

Normal should be challenging, but beatable by the average player. The devs want people to see the whole story, or half their work goes to waste.

The harder difficulties should be for the expert gamers. Easy difficulty should be for someone who doesn't game much, but doesn't have to look at the controller to know which button they're supposed to press.

Being an avid gamer, I should be able to beat any game on normal. Normal should not be Hard, that's what Hard is for....

"Instead of ALL your life recharging, maybe about 80 or 90% of your life recharges back, and as you continue to take damage in a level, the amount of life that recharges gradually decreases"

I'm not sure about other games (such as COD4), but I know Killzone 2 is like this online. I like this, especially in online, as it gives the player who respawns a better chance at taking them down the next time.

But what people don't realize, is that regeneration lets t...

Based on the article, it seems there was only one award SC Conviction could have won. Uncharted 2 won it instead. It doesn't mean that Conviction is a bad game, the panel just preferred Uncharted 2. Did SC Conviction have a presence at Gamescom? I haven't heard any news about it.

Alan Wake too, I think. The next 7-8 months are going to be fantastic. And then we're back at E3! There are going to be some tough decisions, for sure.

But those are really the only reasons. Unless you want to run linux.

"When talking about the teams newest game engine, Kojima started to list all of the titles under development at Kojima Productions. ”First of all I can name Metal Gear Solid Rising – that’s going to be on the preparation list. Also there’s a new title that we haven’t announced that I’ve wanted to make for a long time – that’s on the list as well. And also a couple of other new titles we’re preparing now,” he said.

“The one that I said that I’ve been want...

Why was this approved? Simple research shows that it's false.

By the way, if anyone wants to submit a story, the GamesCom trailer for Uncharted 2 is on the PSBlog, along with some other stuff.

The author is obviously a fanboy. I constantly experience muddy textures, pop-in, and framerate issues. The story is generic and the controls are awkward. The characters are good, but they're rather two-dimensional and cliche. It would be nice if there was a little more character development. Also, I saw the twist coming from a mile away.

That said, the gameplay is fun, but I feel like there is too much variety.

Based on MY experience, Live is faster. Especially with patches and updates. However, I have no idea about background download speeds.

I know my demo stopped downloading when I tried to play Tomb Raider: Underworld on my 360. I thought this was odd because I didn't think the game had any online functions at all.

So I'm not sure about the 360, but the PS3 will continue to download if the game doesn't have to access the internet. If it has online functionality, your do...

He mentioned that it might get delayed and pushed back, sadly I think this is what has happened. I think Sony would have mentioned it if it were true. It sounds like it's coming soon, just not in 3.0. At least, that's how I see it.

I have the 80 Gb Limited BC model. And I've played PS1 and PS2 games on it. I actually like to switch between playing a PS2 game on the PS3 on my big TV, to playing on my PS2 on my CRT. It's convenient.

I'm not sure why people are so bothered by other people complaining about a feature they want. Isn't that what they're supposed to do? If they want BC, let them complain about it.

I see a serious flaw in this "research", though.
