@Yoshi, you have no idea what IMHO means, do you?
FAIL.
Trroy, while I'm sure you know what you're talking about, I believe Naughty Dog has said that they are using 98-100% of the SPUs all the time in Uncharted 2. It's in one of the BTS Documentaries, I believe. I think they said they wrote a program that calculated efficiencies, or something like that.
That said, a linear game and an open world game are two very different animals. So I can understand that Sucker Punch may not be able to achieve that. I just hope the i...
So that plus accessory isn't needed for some Wii games? Or the nunchuck? You can play every single Wii game with the controller that comes with the console?
That's what I thought. At least Sony gives you the option to use waggle-free controls in full retail games.
In similar news, you should never eject your games when you're done playing because you'll wear down the eject motor and then your game will be stuck in your console forever. So you're SOL either way.
That is, if you suffer from extreme paranoia. Otherwise you're fine.
Ironically, I think Blockbuster has the best movie mail service available. I've been doing it for years. In fact, I'm grandfathered into a plan that gives me two free movie/game rentals per month.
Instead of mailing back a movie, I can take it to a Blockbuster store and get a new movie. I get to keep that movie as long as it takes me to watch it, and when I return it, they'll send the next movie in my queue by mail. Not quite as convenient as being able to rent a ...
Don't worry paintsville, I agree with you. I hate when others invest in expensive new technology that is far from mainstream. Like the television. Or the computer. Or color television. Or the internet.
Clearly, people should have waited for those technologies to be mainstream and cheaper before adding content for them. Obviously this was terrible business sense and hurt the consumer in the long run.
The rest of you can go back to using internet on your po...
Some people see >potential<. While none of these levels do much with the gameplay, they all have things going on behind the scenes that are very, very exciting.
Some people see these levels and the wheels immediately start turning. They think about the levels they can make and how they will make them. Or, they realize the type of levels others will make and how much fun it will be to play them.
It's not the levels that everyone is impressed by, per ...
I'm ridiculously impressed. That menu is fantastic. I would have really liked to see some gameplay though, instead of just accessorizing. But Rome wasn't built in a day, so I'll be patient.
By the way, I could easily see someone doing something similar for a God of War type game (with upgrades in the menu).
I need to find out how he did that...
Which is precisely why I prefer Move to Kinect. I want to be able to play games I like in a brand new way (a la Killzone 3 or Heavy Rain). That's the brilliance of it.
Playing "modified" controller games beats the hell out of talking to little boys and jumping around all over the place.
I'm not entirely sure, but I think that would be a safe bet.
Maybe they were disagreeing with your opinion of Prologue's online mode?
So you expect others to look up all the information for you? The online system has been completely revamped, it has tons of new social elements, for example. If you want details, look it up. GTPlanet would probably be a good place to start.
Every single car has a cockpit view. This rumor has been debunked for a while now, why is it still lingering?
Is it dynamic or static weather? I think that's the crucial question.
There's a pretty significant difference between UC1 and UC2. UC1 still looks really good though.

Good luck with that fantasy, buddy.
Wii Sports has Halo in spades. The sales of all the Halo games combined still don't touch the sales of Wii Sports.
Wrap your head around that.
Huh, I'm exactly the opposite. I usually game on my PS3 90% of the time. If I want to watch The Guild, play one of the few 360 exclusives I care about, or play a game on Live with some friends, I turn on my Xbox.
For instance, right now I just finished Halo: CE and I've been playing through Halo 2. I'll probably pick up Halo 3 and Reach by Christmas, as I know I'll be playing Reach quite a bit with some friends.
But I'm getting LBP2 and GT...
Surprisingly looks a lot like Borderlands, but I'll try anything for free.
I don't understand, both of these wheels already exist (and have existed for a while).
In fact, I was planning on buying a G27 around Christmas.
Are they just going to have Gran Turismo branding now?
Without advertising? I'm fairly certain I've seen more move ads this week than sony ads in the past 6 months. The move ad runs at least once an hour on espn, it seems.
I agree with the rest though.
