There's an edit button, you know.
If that guy hadn't tried to do something he shouldn't have, he wouldn't have lost all that stuff in the first place. Second, you're not going to lose your trophies. It's only going to affect your in-game data. Deleting your LBP2 Profile is the only way to fix it if your break it.
Reminds me a lot of the God of War PSP/PS2 comparisons: slightly below its console counterpart, but impressively close for a handheld.
No.
They already kind of played that card in 1. By now, we know Sully. I'm not saying there won't be conflict, but we, the audience, know it will be resolved. We're seeing more of Sully in 3 because the players love him so much. Sully is not going to be an "enemy".
Pretty sure they said it was rendered in real-time, like several of the other videos that were shown. But you're right, the PS3 version did look better (as would be expected).
One person didn't know which MGS it was from and you make sweeping generalizations?
And I've looked twice, and I still can't see anyone that posted before you that said anything about CGI. So what are you talking about?
The current PSP has Skype...
And they've already said the NGP can run PS Suite apps/games. So potentially it'll be able to run actual applications and not just the games.
Does no one read the articles anymore? EA states in the article that even they don't know why they weren't included in the list - implying that they are certainly developing for it. The article also links to EA's quote about having a PS3 in your pocket. So no, they weren't "KAPWNED".
Does this guy realize this thing has Call of Duty? I think we all know that COD sells. And you can't get a decent portable COD game anywhere else. Certainly not on a cell phone.
Lacks mass market appeal? We'll see when this thing has Modern Warfare 3. Heck, if they can tie the rank up system to the console version, that way you continue to rank up whether you're playing at home or on the go, they'll have themselves a gold mine.
Did you mean the art style looks generic, or the gameplay? I can understand one, but not the other.
What does Bungie have to do with anything? The two devs are Guerrilla Games, and Crytek.
Someone in his clan is going to use one of the useless guns that isn't in the game?
Reread his comment. He likes that there aren't a ton of weapons in KZ3, as opposed to COD where there are tons of assault rifles, shotguns, etc. and many of them are rendered useless because of their lack of power.
Portal is probably my favorite FPS of all time (though not technically a "shooter"), and I'm pumped for Portal 2.
That said, I absolutely hate (HATE!) gimicky FPS games. Ex. I hated the fire, etc. superpowers in Bioshock. And everything I've seen of Bulletstorm rubs me the wrong way.
I'd rather have awesome, innovative weapons (Resistance), or interesting levels (KZ2's train or Nuke Beach), or new, awesome modes (Halo always has a to...
I know I'm late to the party, and the OP can't respond, but I'd like to point something out that many seem to be forgetting:
KZ2 isn't going anywhere. If you're in love with KZ2, if you think it's perfect and don't like the changes that have been made in KZ3, by all means, play KZ2. In fact, it will probably be a godsend when KZ3 releases because all the noobs will migrate and you can play with only the most hardcore KZ2 fans.
Now ...
Having only two items assigned to buttons instead of three might make item swapping more tedious than it already was. And will the songs have to be completely rewritten because of the 3DS's fewer buttons? Perhaps using the D-Pad instead of the "C-buttons"?
Interesting design challenges I hadn't thought of until now. It'll be interesting to see how they tackle them.
I think that would work quite well, except the head tracking. I'm still not sold on that whole concept. Just control the camera and aim with the right hand, I think that would work better.
Still not sure how feasible or fun this would be, but I'm still very impressed.
They discussed environments but didn't even mention character models? Figures they wouldn't mention MGS4's best graphical feature.
Both are great games for different reasons and both look great but if you're going to compare the two, at least be thorough.
No it's not ready required, it'll just give you some extra background info. If you like the universe and want to read them, go ahead. If you can't be bothered, you'll probably be just as well.
I'll probably end up reading them, though I wish they were digital like the ones for the last game.
I disagree. The reason people think KZ looks better are all the postproduction and particle effects that cover up everything else.
UC2 has higher texture resolutions and wayyy better character models.
They're both amazing looking games, it just depends on what you value in terms of graphics.
