He probably prefaces it with "I don't know about you guys, but..."
His death count doesn't change after he dies twice...
Fvcking Haxor!!!
Believe it or not, I agree with both of you. XXDubStepXX is right, KZ2's story and voice acting could have been much better. And from what I've seen, KZ3 looks 10 times better in that department. We don't know much about the story, but the cutscenes have definitely been improved.
That said, KZ2's campaign is the most intense campaign I've ever experienced. Like DevilsJoker said, it was especially intense toward the end. You had to fight for every inch in V...
As much as I want to believe it, I think GT just got caught in an assumption. As Herman Hulst (I think) flat out said in an article (Kotaku?) that there would be no online co-op.
Did you play God of War 3?
The problem is, Move is slow at turning. Flank them and they're screwed.
I plan on playing with both as I think they'll both be fun. But I'll definitely be playing with the Move settings to try and get something a little more maneuverable than the Move videos I've seen.
I think resident evil 5's fireballs look better. But what you have to keep in mind is that this fire is dynamic. It spreads throughout the level, the wallpaper will curl and fall apart dynamically as the fire consumes it. And yes, it will look better when it's released.
Old. All these photos have been included in the other previews.
"For instance, while fighting one thug, we were restrained from behind by another. As the first enemy unholstered his gun, preparing to shoot us directly in the chest, Drake reached forward, pulled the man’s gun-hand under his arm, and forced the assailant to pull the trigger, killing the grappler behind him. The gun was then wrestled free and used against the shooter himself."
Epic.
I prefer the real one, personally. The snow adds menace and shows that it will be different from KZ2.
That just looks like an alternate KZ2 cover(or even KZ1), and a generic one at that.
I can't decide whether I prefer the NA or EU cover though.
Good, because I just bought it. Haha.
Yes, games get delayed, that doesn't mean it still isn't a great year. Do you not remember 2009? And guess what? We still get to play those games, it's not like they just disappear. So I'm failing to see your point. The PS3 generally has one of the better line up's year in and year out, and when it's not the best, it's still competitive.
But yes, if market penetration matters to YOU, the PS3 is in 3rd place and will most likely remain there. But ac...
Surprisingly, I think that was the best Killzone 3 preview I've read. Is it cynical? A tad. But it also mentions some good points, as well as mentioning things others seem to overlook. And it was funny, to boot.
Not what I expected from Eurogamer, but I'll take it.
"Humans are selfish by nature and as the world's fiances collapse"
No! Not the fiancés!
I don't think so. If I remember correctly, she had a British accent.
"Would you still be saying the same thing if this game was still a PS3 exclusive or would you be saying saying OMG only on the PS3."
Yes, I would be saying the same thing if it was PS3 exclusive. That doesn't make any difference to me. It's going to be an awesome game, I'm looking forward to it. But I'm familiar with Rockstar's work, and while they make great games, character animation isn't really their strong suit. So forgive me for being s...
Ah, see it's that difference that should have been highlighted in the article. THAT'S the news.
Regardless, I can't imagine this new method provides "a level of realism, detail, performance and emotion never seen before in a game." Or that "the player is engaging with the characters on a level previously impossible in video games." Or even that it's "essentially the closest marriage between movies and games thus far."

The cutscenes are NOT real-time. Otherwise, ND wouldn't be able to load in the next stage while the cutscene is playing.
Please don't make me dig up every instance they've said it. They are pre-rendered, it...
Is it just me or did they really tone down/almost completely eliminate the DOF effect on the gun? That has always been one of my favorite effects in Killzone. I guess it might take up some resources that could be used somewhere else, but I doubt it was that computationally expensive.
In terms of textures and everything, KZ3 looks better than KZ2. But I think I prefer KZ2's visual style. The extra amounts of blur and DOF effects really add a lot I think. But I haven't ...
