yeah i did the same when ultimate had come out, just last year i did it with ea play, I got a year of ea play in nov, and when it switched into gamepass it added another year to my ultimate sub.

Bloober team games always looked great but never hooked me in their gameplay. When Layers of fear 2 came out on psplus and Blair witch on gamepass I really wanted to get into them, and got about an hour into both titles but they never hooked me and I eventually dropped off. Hopefully this one hooks me. Their visuals are always good.
What remains of Edith finch is great. Anyone on gamepass do check it out. Annapurna has been low key releasing some of the best games this gen.
Im looking forward to this, I tried to get into stalker Pripyat on pc back in the day but was turned off by the slow pace but after playing more of the Eastern European games like metro back on the 360 and the recent ones as they came out and loving the odd Eastern European FPS jank I’m totally ready for another one of those games. Hopefully it’s good. My only concern is input latency hopefully it’s quick and responsive unlike the 4A studios metro games.
Lol I didn’t mind the hdmi input tbh. Allowed me to hook up my laptop into it for watching stuff. The only problem was that the pass through was sub 1080p I think and didn’t do hdr but hella convenient

The interview with major Nelson on his podcast is great. Excited to see what they can do with their studios and projects. Wouldn’t have though about all this after their Xbox one disaster.

No way it was so much worse back then. Remember that battlefield and cod were all 720p or 900p at the time. The resolution and performance narrative remained the same till the one x came out. Right now both seriesx and ps5 are quiet equivalent for now.
Also this has always been the case even during the ps3 360 generation. Most games ran poorly on ps3 , always loosing out to 360 on performance and optimization especially early during the generation, due to the cell architect...

Insane that these kind of bugs even exist. Saw nxgamer on Twitter mention he'll look at this again post update. Looking forward to seeing what exactly has been changed or fixed. Texture filtering, xbox one asset textures for series x quality mode, scaled back geometry on series x quality mode, lot of issues like that which stack up.
Great game. The dynamics between the three was super fun and set pieces were great. Coalition is one of the if not THE BEST ms first party studio they have. Honestly I would love to see them give gears a break now and sink their teeth into something new.
That scene on the couch about fighting being in the blood of the morales family, that was an amazing moment and the combination of tech and really great actors sells such a beautiful moment between miles and his mom. Amazing game.
Yessss omg, finding the gap/ hole to shoot those red blocks from the doors has literally stopped me from picking up chests after like 60hrs play through. If it’s locked now it’s gonna stay locked , ain’t nobody got time to bring red exploding pots to this stone wall. Gah

Speaking of gamepass don't sleep on the hivebuster dlc of gears. That thing is great, probably one of the best implementations of hdr I've seen so far.
