I just hope they keep it to casual only, I'm okay with wiggling my arms controlling swords and shields in an rpg. But picture yourself playing in the middle of the night wiggling your arms around while yelling at your TV. Having to repeat yourself over and over again in a situation where a quick reaction is required just adds to the mess. I think voice recognition is fascinating, but it has no place in hardcore gaming.

Exactly, I seriously doubt they will drop Sony and turn off a lot of investors in the process due to controversial business decisions. The damage is done. It is somewhat common practice to negotiate certain deals on royalty fees and the like, from now on I seriously doubt Sony will even listen if Activision comes crawling back with a crate full of plastic gimmicks.

With an officially announced release date for GT5, Sony would throw away a great business opportunity to move a hell lot of PSP Go's along with GT PSP. A lot of people who are waiting for GT5 would probably buy the PSP Go with GT PSP because the wait is killing them. Elven6, Sony makes more money if a 1st party game sells 500.000. The number is probably a lot lower, but you get the idea. Just look at it this way: If Activision would actually be stupid enough to drop Sony, they would lose all the money Modern Warfare 2 with it's guaranteed 4 million+ sales would generate. This is just 1 game, it sells more than the other games they have in line, but still. They would have to be brain dead to take actions behind this threat.

Conviction is the only title in the series that ever was a console exclusive. Look up the last game in the series, Double Agent. PC, PS2, PS3, Xbox, Xbox 360, GameCube and Wii. All of these platforms recieved a copy, seperate engines for the last generation platforms included.

I bet Sony is giving them a lot of support with Agent, by the time GTA 5 is due they will have the proper skills handling the Cell to produce the game they were imagining while crippling GTA 4 to DVD9 size.
My Core2Duo @ 2,7 GHz, Nvidia Geforce 8800 GTS, 4 GB Ram are just waiting for some "360 exclusives" to chew on. I know the specs are a bit outdated by now, but I can still play most games with max setting. And if I want to see some real beauty, I just turn on my PS3 and play <insert name of exclusive Sony game here>.

Natals improved tech over the PSEye still doesn't open the door to hardcore games. I don't own a PSEye because it is not appealing to me as a hardcore gamer. Could change with a medieval RPG using the motion controller along with the PSEye.
Tell me, how is Natal any different from the PSEye from a gaming perspective? The tech is clearly superior but thats not the point. And if you are suggesting using the 360 controller along with Natal, you might as well just use the controller ...
What else should I base my comment on? Microsofts Sidewinders, Trackballs, Keyboards or Mice? Microsoft is not a hardware manufacturer. Why not use dedicated servers on the PS3 as well? AFAIK Sony allows dedicated servers, Microsoft doesn't.
