@Lime123
More 3DS's in Japan than there are PS4's.
Crash Bandicoots home is wherever Activision wants to put it. I'm sorry, but that is the reality.
I don't experience any latency in my online matches. Not one bit.
I like Nintendo's emphasis on gameplay instead of resolution. However, It'd be nice if they could bump up the resolution to 1080p for this title by the time it releases. Or at least fix the issue with 3D character pop-in like the article states.
It isn't that you can use the controller while it's plugged in. That has always been a thing on the Switch. What is new is being able to use the controller as if its a "wired" controller while plugged in. Which most consoles actually don't do. The PS4 only does that with the new dualshock controllers to my knowledge.
And Metroid Prime sold almost 3 million on the Gamecube. What's your point?
@bouzebbal
Well you'll be happy to know that Xenoblade 2, Arms, and Splatoon 2 do not contain characters that have been around for decades.
I don't think anyone at E3 shows everything that they are working on. I'm sure Sony held back a few announcements, but I have a feeling Nintendo and MS did as well. What I applaud all of the big three for this E3 is focusing on games that are coming soon.
MS probably had Halo they could have showed off but didn't.
Sony has Sucker Punch's new project they could have showed off but didn't.
Nintendo has Retro's new project they could...
Yeah, it was mostly recycled from last year with the exclusion of a few games that have already came out. Shadow of the Colossus remake was a cool announcement. Here is the thing though, almost all of the games they showed seem to be early 2018 Q1 or Q2 titles. Which means next E3 will be all new games.
Typically you like the conference for the company/game system you prefer. It makes sense. Personally, I liked Nintendo's, but most of that has to do with the Metroid Prime 4 confirmation and Metroid 2 remake.
I really liked the Spiderman gameplay though. Day one purchase for me.
I'm very excited for this, but I probably wont pay full price (i.e. 60$) for this unless I see a lot of extra content. Sony typically has pretty good price structures for games like this though. Ratchet and Clank was only 40$ I believe, I'm thinking the same for this.
His comment was phrased appropriately. Shadow of the Colossus is being remade, and asking if there will be extra content in the game is an apt question. There shouldn't be anything wrong with it.
If I remember correctly, the 3DS had a good launch but began to drop in sales drastically due to its high price and lack of games. This is what caused Nintendo to drop the price around 7 months after launch. Hopefully this doesn't happen to the Switch as well, but games are very important and many do think the price is high for the Switch.
@naruga
A franchise doesn't belong to a certain console unless it is made by a first party studio. It, also, hasn't been exclusive to PS for almost 10 years now, so I don't know why that should matter anyway. The games for the 3DS were both well received and sold well. The franchise hasn't been destroyed at all.
It'd be great if it gets a PS4 release, but I've no idea why you think the 3DS destroyed the series. If anything it help...
Because Monster Hunter traditionally sells best in Japan, and the PS4 doesn't nearly have the Japanese install base as Capcom is accustom to?
I'm sure it will get a PS4 release, but exclusivity is a different story.
@IamTylerDurden1
Why should I read what you said when I wasn't responding to you? I was responding to _-Edmix-_
It's being received positively by most, I don't know what you are talking about.
Grand Theft Auto: Okay, I can get behind this claim. Grand Theft Auto on the PSP were really good and sold very well too.
Infamous: I couldn't see this as being that big of a system seller for the Vita.
Bioshock: Yes, I do believe this would have been a system seller. I remember how excited I was when Ken Levine came up and said that Bioshock would be on the Vita. But, unfortunately, they didn't deliver.
Fallout: No, I don'...
Why would anyone go into an article for a product they have absolutely no interest in?
Just like tootsie pops, the world may never know :)
It is also out pacing the Playstation, Playstation 4, Nintendo 64, and Playstation 3 in Japan as well.
So it isn't just on pace with the Gamecube...its doing much better than a lot of consoles that ended up selling much better than the Wii U and even Gamecube (at least in Japan it is).
