I bet it is. The fact that there is a working PS3 emulator that seems compatible with more games than Sega Saturn emulators are says quite a bit. I've been waiting for a fully functioning one for quite a while.

I don't think Yabause is compatible with every game though. My biggest reason for wanting to emulate is for Shining The Holy Ark lol, but I'd like to experience my whole childhood collection again.

I wish people would work on a fully compatible Sega Saturn emulator.

Almost all of this is good news, and the one bit of bad news (voice chat app) we've known for months. Not too bad for Nintendo. Looking forward to more games being shown for their Classic Game Selection.

@GrontB
Art style has a lot to do with that. Monster Hunter doesn't have quite the same cartoon aesthetic. Not that it is a bad thing. I've been playing KH 1.5+2.5 lately and it holds up fairly well.

"Question: what is the natural hair color of [most] Black Americans? Its Black"

Spring man is white and his hair is freaking blue. There are no white people with naturally bright blue hair either. I don't see any articles being written about it.

It is an upres-ed version of a 3DS game with some higher quality textures and a few increased assets. It makes sense that it would look like that.

There are a few points in this article (such as the price of the PS3, lack of backwards compatibility, and lack of much 1st party support on Vita), but some of this is just trash. First party titles mediocre? I completely disagree.

I think this article was reaching to hit 15 reasons, they should have trimmed the fat a bit. Or at least tried to find more credible complaints that aren't quite so opinionated.

I choose SNES:
-Secret of Mana
-Chrono Trigger
-Final Fantasy
-Super Mario World 1 and 2
-F-zero
-Super Mario Kart
-The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
-Super Metroid
-Donkey Kong Country
-Super Mario RPG
-Earthbound
-Castlevania IV

There are just many fantastic games!

again, we aren't working with videos of the same environment for both. Even the battle is entirely different. There is no accurate way to compare the two.

As for what you said was better:
1. Only on the PS4 was there an opportunity to see the edge of your draw distance. There was no such opportunity on the Switch version.
2. Again, two different environments. The only detail they had in common was the texture resolution on the rock wall surface. Both ...

Side note: Instead of just disagreeing, provide me with an explanation on why you feel it should be exclusive to one platform or the other.

For those who want to save time:

10. Detailed Open World Games (Shenmue)
9. Console-Linking Portable Devices (VMU)
8. 60Hz PAL Resolutions
7. Full Analog Triggers
6. GD-ROMs
5. Console Dashboard (i.e. Home Menu)
4. The Dreameye
3. Voice Control
2. Motion controls (Fishing Rod)
1. Online Play

Something that I don't understand: why are people asking for content exclusivity? I understand wanting it on PS4 and I understand wanting it on Switch, but wishing for it to be exclusive to one or the other doesn't make sense. People should want more people to play this, not less.

Fair enough. It is just on Amazon though (who is known to do these types of things).

I'm going to be honest...I don't see a drastic difference between those two titles. Especially since they are showing two different areas it makes it even harder to compare.

Hasn't even been released yet, and pre-orders don't count as a sale until the date of release. We will see how Arms fairs though. I don't know how well or poorly it will sell.

You should have tried the traditional controls. I didn't use the motion controls one bit, but I really enjoyed the title. There will be a bit more depth once you can customize your arms a bit more. In the testfire you are stuck with whatever set they've provided.

It sounds like this guy should have at least attempted using traditional controls.

I didn't use the Pro controller, but I did use the Joy Cons attached to the system itself. The controls were excellent. They take some getting used to (only because I'm not used to curving punches in a fighting game), but after a 5 minute training session it feels natural and fluid. X to jump, Y to dash, A for right punch, B for left punch. I didn't really care for blocking being the L3 button though, I hope we can customize it in the full release.

For the reco...

This comment makes no sense. Even if they were to censor it, why could they talk about the 3DS version but not the Switch version? Both of them would be censored and they wouldn't want to talk about either of them if that was the case...

It's just corporate politics. Likeliest scenario is that Sony has a marketing deal for the console version of DQXI.
