Not actually tried it yet hehe.
Been playing Wasteland 2 and Gauntlet.
I've watched a few youtube playthroughs and it's looks pretty good but very harsh. You will die a lot :P
Gauntlet is pretty good even better in coop :)
It's quite a tough game too. 20-30 mobs coming at you at some points so it can get quite hectic :P
I'd recommend it to anyone.
I'm surprised it isn't on consoles as well. Would be a good fit.
Can't wait for tomorrow :) Preordered The Vanishing of Ethan Carter from the developers just waiting for release now.
Been a packed week with The Long Dark Early Access on Monday and Gauntlet yesterday and now Ethan Carter tomorrow.
Shadow of Mordor next Tuesday as well and I still haven't finished Wastelands 2 either :P
Great time to be a PC gamer.
Or they are actually telling the truth for once but I guess a review is only the truth if the fanboys agree with it :)
Destiny is just a game that didn't live up to expectations, nothing more.
Destiny is not above the law to be reviewed. Every single game in existence gets reviewed.
MMOs on PC get reviewed and rated for what they offer the customer out of the box not what may or may not be coming in the future.
Just admit it Destiny was over hyped and under promised what was expected of it. It resulted in a mediocre game which fans don't like the results of but still defend the poor design and lack of content in the game.
Just...
MGSV is coming to PC already :)
What do you need steam sales for? It's only £9.89 now.
Yup they are on steam. FFXIII is on steam now to preorder for £9.89 :)
I never did finish the game on PS3 so might get this version now.
Rockstar can charge what they want. It doesn't mean people will pay that price.
I've already finished it on PS3 so I have no need to get the PC version on launch day especially when they've delayed the game for PC and not current gen consoles.
I'll get it when I feel the price is right and not before. They'll blame piracy for poor PC sales whatever happens so couldn't give a shit if I only pay £10.
Can't wait to play The Evil Within. Reminds me so much of Resident Evil 1. Already preordered the game for PC.
So all the "professional" reviewers are wrong as well? They have all been bought off to say negative things about Destiny?
Destiny is nothing special.
Destiny reminds me of Star Wars The Old Republic. It had all the hype and potential with people swooning over the game till they got to play it for more than a few weeks. After that they got bored, quit and never went back.
My opinion isn't superior but it is my opinion about the ...
Well when half the budget goes into marketing what do you expect? :)
I felt Destiny was devoid of any life and soul. It's the same missions over and over again till the end.
It's a mediocre game.
The people who love it now are in that "new game" phase where anything bad said about the game will be shot down instantly.
In a month or 2 they will be bored of it too.
Destiny will never make it's 10th Birthday. I'll be surprised if it lasts till the end of the year.
It could flop. There is a lot of games out in November so people will have to pick and choose which games they buy.
List of games in October/November:
Lord of the Fallen - 31st Oct
Sunset Overdrive - 31st Oct
CoD Advanced Warfare - 4th Nov
The Crew - 11th Nov
AC Unity - 13th Nov
Halo MCC - 14th Nov
Far Cry 4 - 18th Nov
GTAV - 18th Nov
Dragon Age Inquisition - 21st Nov
LittleBigPlanet 3 - ...
@x_RadicalAura_x Tomb Raider started first on PC and PS. GTA also started first on PC.
If it wasn't for GTA1 you wouldn't have got GTA3 unless you have a way to create the sequels before their prequels. That'd be like creating the child before it's parents :P
I'm actually quite glad it didn't come out in November on PC as I wouldn't have been able to afford it anyway.
Have you seen the amount of games coming in Nov...
Rockstar (DMA Design) should remember where they came from and who bought their games in the beginning.
GTA started first on PC DOS/Windows not the consoles.
And PC is irrelevant? Maybe console fanboys should take out all the PC parts in your consoles and see how far you get with your empty plastic boxes if PC is so irrelevant :)
Oh and you can give back all the FPS, RTS, RPG and MMO games if you hate their origins so much.
A...
Lords of the Fallen?
It's the same Monolith :)
They are using the updated Lithtech engine which has been used for most of their games since NOLF1.
Cant wait to play :)
The Witcher 3 :)
It is. They had problems with the recording software which produced the screen tearing that we see.
