The 360 was more vibrant but lacked shadow effects. Looked like almost everything was the same color. On the second images lok at the door below lara's rear the shadowing on the cabnet door transitions. On the 360 it's streight up one texture.
Also notice there is more jagged edges on the 360 then the 360. I'm sorry Hipphop but based on what I saw there I'd have to say both versions wheren't perfect.
-1 PS3 could use some more color brightness.
-1 360 could be...
Lets say you pay that $1 an hour blade? If you spend enough time do you earn the full license?
You know like rent to own or lease to own?
Are you talking about using the product enough that it'll eventually pay for itself?
Name it something else like Enigma Club for Men
Being able to communicate without say "yo Madda $!@#^er was up @#y!"
DJ is More less excluding the players who have bad social skills. It's a nice way of saying good communication skills are a good without pointing out what bad communication skills are.
If these companies can prove someone used the idea before 2001 this patent is void right?
The XMB has the video and image thumbnails inside it.
AOL MMORPG's and The Sierra Network where like that a long time ago. Then came the internet unlimited dailup. There where packages for unlimited access that cost $200+ a month. Mostly the packages included 30 hours with each additional hour being $1 per mouth with that option to lock users out after they ran out.
Rediculess, especially when we already pay for unlimited connected internet. (aside from the download caps some companies impose)
There where stores that had pay toilets. You'd pay 10 cent to enter or the locks wouldn't allow you in. There where times kids would run to the service desk for a token and couldn't make it in time. Instead of them earning 10 cent they had to clean up the mess. I hated those stores with public pay restrooms when I was a kid.
Another reason why not having a monopoly in the gaming industry is a good thing. Let us be glad there are three big guys in this market not just one.
It was great that PSN and Nintindo is nearly free without monthly fees. I just hope Sony doesn't do more of the 50 cent - $2 dollar virtual clothing stuff like they're doing in @Home.
T.T more PS3 JRPGs please. I can't wait for WKS and this also looks sweet.
The Eternal Sontana << I missed it's launch
That "Tales of" JRPG game.
Other then that nope.
I've always seen the install bases skewed because there are people who will buy a new console if one breaks. Some people are just made of money or willing to accept lemonware.
My concern is the chance of sales data getting corrupted. It's obvious that shipped units don't directly translate to working in house units. So why continue counting units that have been replaced as installed units. Developers see numbers and choose to develop on a console that has a great install base. <...
An edit that changes the customization to include nude panties. O.o
Then someone will file a lawsuit about it blaming the game dev.
The age rating can be set for some areas or who has mic access.
If they don't want X rated voice chat all they need to do is limit user's mic access by age E-T rated zones disable public voice chat.
If a user selects M as their rating they can enter all rated zones through invites but lose public voice chat if the zone is below M rating. Mature audiences default to M zones with voice chat enabled. This way adults enter instances where mature audiences are and under 1...
Did you read that recent IGN article that showed pre-launch e3 clips of PS3 games.
Those where "target renders" people where all pissed when the games didn't have 100% the quality. If Sony shows these videos and they don't live up to whats presented it could start public %*#@ after it's launched.
At least if they're shown to a small group of people with signed NDAs the public can't complain about it. If it doesn't live up to the teasers Joe public will only...
Online worlds always generate self sustaining $$ if they're good enough and have dedicated fans.
Look at Square Enix, Square was bankrupt just before FF11 after they got their MMORPG the money started. Look at blizzard stocks WOW helped them a lot.
Most of Sony's 1st party products are clamshell boxed.
Didn't you watch the video? There was several links to games. The first few lines was about the guy hooking up his PS3 and how he was gonna kick butt online with Resistance 2 and Motorstorm 2. (Bring it)
His girl came in and saw it. He tried to cover up the *It's not just a game machine* Look this is our new download movie player. The girlfriend was like *Please, I'm not a stupid chic I know about the Playstation 3 it's a popular game console* That's a PS3 a game console NOT a mo...
"another one of these article. I can't wait for tomorrow to see another one.
/sarcasm"
The contributors post for points. It doesn't matter if they're a fanboy or not. Topics that cause discussion get the degrees up fast and smart contributors look for high turnaround topics.
#1 Doom and Gloom articles cause contriversy.
#2 Contriversy increases the topics degrees.
#3 Higher degrees generate user points for the contributor.

There is an fix to this problem..
The fallback is setting limits how long a download can be active on before requiring a reactivation to access it again.
The online stores can set optional limits on the products from 30days to 1 year. After that time is up the product will not allow the software to run without being reactivated. With the ability to reactivate indefinitely provided the devices don't exceed the limit number of devices activated at once.
