I don't totally agree with you because smart people can do stupid things too.
They'll be probably be adding more to the story. You can do this without editing the basic combat engine or plot line.
Add more past memories events, then perhaps extending the ending to accommodate the advent children story.
Meaning after the ending the game continues with Red running across the fields from Midhgar as it moves into advent children story. In the original game this is where it ended.

It ruins the industry when a company cuts a check for exclusive or timed exclusive rights.

If this story is in a real Japanese magazine it's just bad timing. I play on a Japanese MMORPG. They don't calibrate April fools so why bother announcing fake stories.
Even so there is an advantage to announcing a real story on April fools. If people hear it they'll question the authenticity of the information and it'll cause extra controversy on the interwebs. Controversy increases brand recognition which in turn could increase sales.

Squaresoft made that FF movie and it bankrupt them. Sony helped bail them out. They had a nice share of Squaresoft until the merger with Enix.

A lot of detail was lost in the animation and GFX.

The image is projected on to a screen that magnifies the pixels.

The current setup uses the browser. The subscription service is monthly fee for whatever movies you want. Sony won't put Netflix on their console because they already have their rental and download section for video.
It's sad really because o these reasons.
The browser doesn't seem to work well even though it has flash 9 support.

If they don't want it pre-installed just be fair have a program that list browsers etc that people can select what browser they want from the list and the OS installs it.
If your gonna bundle IE bundle in the OS bundle other browsers as well. That way when a user clicks internet it puts up options to install one of the other free browsers.
NO MORE ANTI-TRUST if Firefox and Chrome is bundled with the OS as well.
