Well since the original xbox didn't sell well, and that list of games sold badly on it, there doesn't seem to be much point.
However, I'd probably pick up an improved and expanded JSRF and maybe Panzer Dragoon if it was v. cheap. Preferably on PS3 now, but I might think about 360 versions too.
Also you missed Shenmue but I guess we'd want a proper sequel rather than a re-release.
Jade Empire was good at the time - a rerelease ...
Similar number to those 360 owners that didn't want Reach eh? Even more didn't want AW or F3....
Then again, this is GT5 - it has higher goals than those games I guess.

Accuracy.

Which all seems strange since I barely know anyone who knows anything about Kinect - and that's both gamers and non-gamers whether 360 owners or not.
Where has that MS marketing budget gone? How are these stores selling out of (pre-orders of) a product no one knows about?
All seems strange to me - this isn't another Wii in terms of buzz, yet there are these occasional reports of demand...
Well, guess we'll see next week.
...
^^ But pre-orders on Amazon/BB are not commitments to purchase - they are "intentions" to purchase but can still be cancelled at no loss to the consumer.
The device can't be "sold out" until the store has fulcilled its orders.

Wow - the Wii section is dead, I'm surprised anyone even noticed!

The (few) 3rd Party games for Wii which are genuinely good, don't really make use of or need motion controls to be good....
In fact that's true (in fact perhaps even more true) of the Wii's first party games.
For example
1st Party:
SMB, Mario Kart, SSMB, SMG and so on - either don't use motion at all, or use it in a limited.sub optimal way.
3rd party:
Well, OK, I can't really think of many ...
Mean. But developers aren't real gamers either.

So let's be generous, they had 1 hour of fun.
Cost? $150 for Kinect, $60 for game.
Vanquish was getting slated a couple of days ago for only...GASP.... 6 hours of fun at only $60 (or less if you buy online).

I like the Go - in fact I think I prefer it to the Phat version since it's a bit smaller, easier to carry around (unless you've hacked your phat and put games on the stick rather than UMDs) and I even like the download game service.
But Sony really screwed up the positioning (as they often seem to do). They never really got behind the Go and the download concept - they tried to have both the Phat and Go running parallel. That clearly hasn't worked.
True - is water wet, or does it make other things wet?
Anyway, where were we?

Maybe they realized the potential size of the cathlick priest market....

@DARKONION
I don't know if this works anymore with the various firmware updates, but the only way to sidestep the geolocking is to have a server running somewhere in Europe and connect your PS3 via VPN to that server.
It's a tedious process...

This reminds me of what it was like when MTV played music vids.
Shame that the US has to jump through hoops to get this working though since it is a very nice service.

Tough to be the minority, but I'm afraid times have changed and MS with it's 360 cheerleaders have deserted N4G.
Sorry 'bout that.

Well the US is the biggest producer of pornography....
The fact is, a significant portion of American people are superstitious, obsessed with death cults like christianity, judaism or islam, and have convinced themselves that death and violence are acceptable, while other, non violent and individual acts are in some way abhorrent.
I wouldn't use the term prude - indoctrinated may be, or just misguided, but not prudish.

Because consoles lack the graphics, interaction tools and audience to do those things justice. The examples of "adult themed" (in fact they mean sex-based) gaming are largely laughable and utterly joyless because the computer is not able to provide a convincing experience. It's like simulations of anything from cars to planes to guns - the difference is very few people get to drive cars at a track, fly a plane and trek around a warzone.
Everyone understands sex ...
Well probably 90% of the Wii's games seem to hit the bargain bin pretty quick, and the Wii itself is pretty cheap and readily available used atm...
So, yes is the answer.
Hopefully there's room in those bins for Kinect - otherwise, well I guess they'll just put them straight into the trash lol.
Where has all this Wii love suddenly come from anyway - look over at the Wii articles - no one is talking about anything over there. All t...
And I guess that is the problem - piracy on PC is a casual activity now from MP3s to movies to games. Everyone feels "entitled" for their own bizarre reasons - very few admit to themselves they are simply stealing something just like walking into a shop and lifting it.
So, from a developers perspective, why bother to support the PC platform when it'll make a smaller return and cause a lot of hassle supporting all the configurations out there.

Variable reviews and lack of shooting are more likely.
I don't think this really registers for PC gamers - too many better games out there in PC-land.
