How refreshing - a new IP from a talented developer (Platinum Games).

I'll keep my eye on this one.

That's more than enough.

Nintendo has been saying all the right things since their E3 presentation though one wonders why some of these announcements weren't made there?

Great!

A fun game gets even more fun! Why did Nintendo leave all these announcements for after their E3 presentation!?

Can't wait for this game!

Glad to hear it has Circle Pad Pro upport as it could really help with camera support.

Seems fun.

Downloading right now.

They might be true - and I will happily belive it - provided there are games to show it off.

Please Nintendo, announce some games that really show off the Wii U - Pikmin 3 is great but not enough. Where is Retro's project?

NO ONE can say Nintendo won this E3. Nintendo fan boys need to grow up and admit that their conference sucked overall (Pikmin/Zombi U were good though) and Sony and especially Ubisoft were better than them.

HOWEVER, I think some people are overreacting. Those stating that Nintendo will die due to this conference are being irrational and for crying out loud their conference was not as bad as Microsoft's this year (Usher, Kinect, etc.) or Nintendo's 2008 conference (Wii...

Of course not. People need to realise that Nintendo has TONS of cash stored after the success of the Wii and DS. Besides the Wii U hasn't launched yet - there are months for Nintendo to announce new games for Wii U. And even if the Wii U starts slow it can still recover (see the 3DS) as I am expecting the Vita to do once Call of Duty and AC are released for it.

Was Nintendo's E3 2012 presentation terrible? Absolutely. But so was their 2008 one and they survived. So wa...

IMO:

Good: Pikmin 3, Zombi U, Mario Bros 2, 2 tablet supported
Bad: NintendoLand, too many old third-party games shown, Wii Fit U
Ugly: Undead Reggie, Just Dance 4 demo, Sing trailer
Missing: Metroid/Zelda/Smash Bros/Star Fox/F-Zero/Wii U price/Wii U release date/surprising announcements

It was pretty bad.

But I think Nintendo's 2008 conference was worse. This conference was boring - the 08 one was boring AND embarrassing.

Personal opinion:

1. Ubisoft - perfect overall, Watchdogs and AC3 were great
2. Sony - Last of Us and Beyond were great but Wonderbook took up too much time.
3. Nintendo - Pikmin 3 and Zombi U looked good but we still don't know price/release date and no new IPs.
4. EA - Some interesting stuff but quite boring and no surprising announcements.
5. Microsoft - Halo 4 looked good. Everything else was BALLS from Usher to the Kinect demo.

Nintendo: We still don't know what the Retro project is, we still don't know what Miyamoto's new IP is, we still don't know what Monolith's project is, we still don't know what the online for Wii U is like or what the price/release date for the Wii U are. No Smash Bros, Star Fox, F-Zero or Zelda at all. Also, too much NintendoLand. No big, surprising announcements.

Microsoft: Too much Kinect. No new noteworthy IPs whatsoever. 90% of the games they sho...

I would guess it's Mass Effect 3 (with perhaps some new DLC?) because I highly doubt they would make an exclusive new game for a platform that isn't even out yet.

Having said that, my excitement for Nintendo's E3 presentation just keeps growing! Bring on the Wii U and the games!

Not a fan of the name, but I'll certainly keep an eye on this one.

Hopefully we'll see some gameplay soon. Maybe at the Nintendo conference?

Interesting. I thought Nintendo 'never comments on rumours'?

Perhaps there is some truth to this rumour?

Anyway, I can't wait for Nintendo's E3. Wii U will, hopefully, be awesome!

1. Exclusives.
2. Excitement.
3. New IPs.
4. Amazing announcements of never before seen games.
5. No Kinect.

Controller looks great IMO.

Nice to see Nintendo making options for everyone.

Not the most exciting presentation ever, but there were some nice announcements.

Thanks, Nintendo - this has slightly eased my wait until E3.

User generated content and screenshot capture capabilities?

I'm impressed, Nintendo.

Bring on E3 2012! Can't wait for Wii U game revelations!

Sounds pretty accurate if you ask me. I think Nintendo would rather ruin some of the surprise of their E3 so that third-parties can show off their content for Wii U. It's a smart move IMO.

Anyway, I can't wait for this year's E3 to get started! The big three conferences, particularly Sony and Nintendo's, have me very intrigued and excited!
