Does this mean the game should be released sometime before October? Its hard to sell a book based on something no one has played, and inversly Ubisoft won't want storyline revealed before the game releases.

They will never find the right person to be Solid Snake. His face and voice have been the same for about 8 years now, any actor will only seem a cheap immitation. The only next-best thing they could do is get someone who looks similar and let David Hayter(voice of Snake) do a voice over.
Yeah, but you don't know how long they have been working on it already. Because they just announced it doesn't mean they just started working on it last month. This has been in the works, at least planning stages, since PS2.

Where were your consoles when Valve sold 14 million copies of Half Life and Half Life 2 combined, all for the PC. Wow PC is really hurting :P PC gaming is growing not shrinking. Consoles are just the louder younger sibbling. PC is the only place to get the latest and greatest.

I've got windows Vista, my GF got if for my birthday. You don't need Vista to play Crysis, just to play it with DX10. Good thing Crysis isn't coming out till summer. By then hopefully we might have the fist service pack, then Vista sales will pick up.

Firstly because games play better on PC, especially FPS's. I have more control over my games, they mod easy, and are the best for online gaming. As far as Crysis is concerned I would still get it if it didn't use DX10. Graphics are only part of a game. Oh and for those looking for a port

No one on this site understands PC gaming. Even if people cannot play this game at full specs it will still be bought.
