No online monopoly for you.
Not unexpected, but a relief non the less. I always loved this series, I'm looking forward to what they can offer for the next-gen systems.
Yeah 196 Japanese people want FFXIII as a multiplatform, but how many do not want it to go multiplatform?
I'm glad this isn't multi, so this game can reach it's ultimate potential on the PC. The only thing that happens when PC games go multi is that they take twice as long to develop and they get butchered so they can run on lower hardware. You already got Half-Life, leave my Crysis alone. You wouldn't be able to get the full experience anyway.
Does anyone think the whole idea of this game is really stupid? If your motivated enough to get four of your friends together to be a fake band and play fake music while your friend does some bad karaoke why not just start a real f-ing band?
And thats why you won't see an advance for another six years.
It may not be that consoles change but that PC's will change and every TV in your house will be hooked to your PC, and you will have one platform for running everything from games to watching television. In the end wouldn't you wan't some thing that can perform multiple functions better and faster than a console that can only be used for a single function
High Defenition is really only a resolution ex(1280 X 720). PC's have had high definition longer than TV's have.
It's really about how close you are to the monitor. When your sitting about a foot away from your Pc monitor, a 22" LCD screen will take up most of your field of vision, but if your sitting 10 feet away you need a bigger screen. And how many people really have 42" televisions anyway?
You know you could have put all your posts into one and save yourself some bubbles :)
The Crysis vs MGS shots are pretty close, even though the Crysis shots are all in game and the MGS are from a cinimatic trailer. But the jungle in Drakes Fortune looks pathetic compared to that of Crysis.
Devs need to stay away from this. I am as happy as I can be on my PC knowing that when I pay for a game I'm getting everything and more, but now they want to create exclusive content that can only be accessed through a subscription service. Microsoft the Operating System may be yours but the games are not, so keep your F-ing hands off of 'em.
We don't need a community portal on PC, that is what the internet is for. If its a sim-community and many people are going to play it, its an MMO. It better be free to use as well.
Yes it has to do with electrolytes, but it can happen to anyone who tries to drink that much water. Water is toxic to the body in those quantities. Some guys did this for Fraternity initiation a few years ago and some kid died after he passed out while trying to drink two gallons of water. They were found liable as these radio host also should have been found liable. I don't blame the video games, just the idiots in charge of the contest.
Valve's Steam service is an excellent example of what e-distributed gaming has to offer. Games are easily downloaded and updated, even if you reboot your PC, all your games are linked to your account an easily re-downloaded. It's also a great place to find great older games at very low prices.
I don't want my PC version to be gimped by any console version. You should always be able to push a game to the limits of your PC hardware not the static hardware of a console.
This isn't real.

Are buildings fully destructable? Or do they just have pre-made breaking points?
It's an instant addiction, thank god my brother took it back to college, or I would have never been able to put it down.
