So a game is "watered down" if it has bad graphics?
I can name at least 10 games that, by today's standards have terrible graphics, but even with how far technology has come, how many more stories we've seen, and how much space you can give to a game (looking at PS3), no one would say they're watered down.
Graphics are a very small part of a game. Play Mega Man X, and then Mega Man X8. X8 looks a whole heck of a lot better, but it also feels like a wa...
Nexgenwars also spent some time tagged as a malware site by Google.
How about we don't put any trust in either site!
"Did you expect him to say something bad about Halo 3??? - Yea right he's afraid he'd be assasinated."
It's Reggie, not Jack. He doesn't think Halo 3 turns people into killers.
He may say it no matter if he believes it or not, but he's not saying it because he's afraid some rabid fanboy will shoot him.
"nintendo sucks now.
I hate them with passion all blind tools still think they make decent games"
You're a blind tool, but you seem to think they make terrible games.
Perhaps you should say blind Nintendo tools, since there are are so many blind tools on this site with different names and tools to different companies.
You have to find the Wii in a store though. The Wii is more on ebay than the 360.
However, yes, you're right. People only want to defend the system they own, like it's a terrible, life altering mistake to get anything else.
Maybe next week, when the Colts show the world that the Pats aren't unbeatable. This week had no good matchups, and next week has the only game that matters...the game where Moss gets a broken rib...I mean the Pats have to come to Indy.
I think it would be better if we organized people with good sense and decent writing skills together to take all the bubbles from the blind fanboys that only spew hate and propaganda.
I may not counter all of the Sony fanboys, which I have seen you stand up to and lose your bubbles (I lost one, myself, quoting an article calling the 65nm Cell obsolete), but, from me, you get bubbles!
Thank you for knowing what the heck you're talking about and not saying things o...
As is the rest of TV...so what?
"if something sells well in a market than keep getting your product into that market"
I would agree, but let developrs, like Ubisoft (what they said a month or so ago was by far the worst), sell well on the Wii and then give some games to the PS3/360 only if they want.
It may not be good business to have to make money somewhere else to fund games that you won't break even on on another console, but they'll eventually learn.
"Thankfully the PS2 was great for both casual gamers and hardcore gamers."
And that's what I love about the Wii, now. I have my hardcore games, but if one of my non-gamer friends comes along, there are plenty of games they can quickly learn.
Fourm, I love your sarcasm.
Keep in mind many people thought "A Modest Proposal" was serious. Good sarcasm can always be mistaken for real logic!
+bubbles for you, because, I, for one, love it!
"Take for example all these games that you can't get on a wii:
assasins creed,gta4, unreal tournament 3, call of duty 4, resident evil 5, the orange box, devil may cry 4,mercenaries 2,etc."
Here's the trick. First, I've already picked out 11 games I consider must haves, and did the same for the PS3 (didn't for the 360, though I dislike FPS for the most part, and that's a big part of the 360, anyway), but the PS3 only had 10. All but one of the Wii games I lis...
There will be new franchises for all the consoles, likely, and some of them may well become big.
However, no one said anything about that. We're talking about big guns. We're talking about system sellers. If you say "big guns" I expect a game that I can say "I know people who might buy the console just for that."
As for the answer to your question about a highly anticipated Wii game that's slated for next year that's 3rd party and not MH3, ...
Jokes, I actually do agree this has nothing to do with the video game industry. There is a place on this site for tech, after all.
However, bluray seems to fit in industry news without objection, though it has nothing to do with the industry either, so I must say it's more than a little suspicious that this news has been reported, when the multiple news about bluray outselling HD DVD 1.5:1 is fine by the same people in this very news section.
I believe that refers to sales by the companies to the stores.
It was only 2 months ago that we were talking about the Wii passing the 360, and most of the best sources (those not called vgchartz) were saying neither had reached 10 million.
The Wii is selling well, and Halo really pushed the 360, but neither sold that many units, and though both have experianced shortages in some parts of the world, both have also been sitting on shelves in others.

Too bad most parents would rather see these kids of games just not come out rather than try to be a parent.
Halo bombed in Japan, too. I guess even the biggest entertainment release of all time can't sell on the 360?
Nah, we both know that just because something doesn't sell well in one region doesn't mean it bombed. Some of the games in Japan, we can't even begin to imagine how popular they are living in other parts of the world, and some people in Japan can't understand why other parts of the world wait so impatiently for a game they wouldn't have for free.
Also, I...
What guns do you think they're pulling out that could possibly be bigger than MGS and FF?
We've seen them, already.
When you can understand that, you can understand why no one even wants to get in on the format war.
The general population has no clue about HD and what they do know is almost totally made up of Sony and Toshiba propaganda, which means its unreliable at best.
May I ask how you know about this more than a person close to the game? Actually, how about you just tell us your name, and we can all laugh at you later when its not in the credits and we know you have no clue.
