Sure they do!
Previous 20 times they said it, they didn't mean it, but this time will be different!

Nope. They invest 2B in Minecraft, but don't even know what brings people to PC gaming, what is mandatory. Their OSes couldn't treat gaming worse. They absolutely do NOT care, and never will.

Unless we talk about killing the whole PC gaming by the "slowly boiling the frog", or in other words - closing the PC gaming into some c...

According to who? Did people who say it's still bad even played games from this genre before? Like J&D and R&C series for example? I don't want to be mean, I seriously cannot understand how can anyone complain about it so much, when at any given time, you can steer the camera yourself, which is easy and was like this since decades.

Impressive visual differences? Quite the opposite.
2000: PS2
2005/6: PS3
2013: PS4

2000-2013 = a lot of time.
Meanwhile: 1994-2000 (6,5 years) we had this:

2x less time, and much, much bigger difference.
How about something closer to this? OK, let's not be cruel, let's go 10 years, instead of 13.
10 years befo...

What a fail, BIODEAD you did there with this news.

You made a news from a review which is old, and focusing on bad camera in the game, when few days AFTER the review, Playtonic released huge update fixing/changing many things people complained about... yes. Including the camera.

Personally I had spent thousands of hours in platform games and I didn't have any problems neither with steering or with camera, but apparently people struggle nowadays when t...

Buy it on PC. This game puts a lot of focus on fun from exploring. At 30fps it's simply not as fun.
You'll have to accept the fact that you'll waste like 1-1,5hrs in total on playing where you won't be getting any fun, but the remaining 10-15hrs will be fun (if you like eploring and finding collectibles, of course).
I played it in 3D and it was awesome to just run around, looking at the world (3D Vision 2 means absolutely zero motion blur which helps to enjoy...

What a freaking load of BS.
The game was:
- mediocre in pre-launch version on consoles
- barely average after updates on consoles
- decent on PCs after updates, good on 120Hz/3D displays
- will be no less than good on PCs and very good on 120Hz/3D Displays, now, after the patch

where TF did that idiot saw the game to call it terrible? I have no idea, but he surely is as retarded as someone trying to review McLaren F1 car by testi...

Cannot be! What a surprise to see people not buying like crazy when this is reality:

- PC gets games 1-3 years later than consoles
- PC gets crap ports, broken forever or being patched after half a year (FH3) and often with lack of important PC options like 120Hz support etc
- people are forced to buy license, not a re-sellable game, with stupid exclusivity, which sux so often (uPlay, Rockstart SocialClub, Windows Store)
- hardware manufacturers ...

My poin is that MS doesn't think it needs exclusives, and Scorpio isn't a thing that MS thought it needed, but rather an easy opportunity to make some additional cash. Xone is doing well enough for MS to not do anything and still make profits. For core gamers exclusives matter cause they are a big part of deciding whether or not they'll buy Xone or not. But for the casuals, for the masses, it's completely not important that Xone lacks games such Uncharter 4. If MS thought othe...

Scorpio was created cause big companies realized that enthusiast gamers are eager to spend big money on gaming hardware that is significantly better than Xone/PS4.
And that's that. Exclusives didn't appear to MS as equally good profit. And let's remember what MS is. A company that spent 1-3 (don't remember now) billions on Minecraft.

People don't understand few things.
And facts are:

1. This is not "PS4pro equivalent". It's purpose is different, the type of machine is different. You cannot look at Scorpio through PS4pro.
2. PS4pro might replace PS4 at some point. Scorpio won't, not within nearterm future (not before this generation ends) Just a little like PS4 and PS Vita. PS Vita is something co-existing, with big differences.
3. Xone will remain the mai...

Kickstarter backer's update just arrived:
"the dev team has been frogmarched back down into the development mines to uncover our next big game update, which will add significant improvements and introduce some of the most requested features.
That means stuff like the optional ability to skip dialogue faster, bypass cutscenes or reduce those pesky gibberish voices, which should please the speedrunners among us. We’ll also be adding a sprinkling of design polish thro...

First. You perceive what I wrote however you want to. Based on previous experiences. And are dead wrong while doing so. I wasn't flaunting about my monitor, lol. What it has to do with Y-L? I already explained that enough I think.

How can you judge if what I talk about is important, if you cannot SEE what difference does it make?
I wrote above - noone has to agree with me. Even better if somone doesn't. Just check for yourself. Do the test/experiment. Play ...

I've got a weak PC. Just 2500K + gtx780 (OC'ed). I play on consoles since 1992. I'm not a fanboy.
But I know what I'm talking about.
Let me tell you a story about what happened when I played first PS3 Ratchet & Clank game, Tools of Destruction.
I had to force myself to finish it. I assumed that I simply got bored with the mechanics after finishing all 3 R&C games on PS2, and maybe it's not as funny for me anymore.
Then it just ha...

I know. But good team, with veterans, could re-write parts of the code to make it work on consoles. But anyway, they shouldn't use Unity for the consoles OR they should've delay the console version to avoid what actually happened - the flood of reviews got loose, and most based on not only flawed console version, but also a bugged pre-release version. They made a mistake there. Just like Trine 3, the team deserved a financial success, but they f..d something along the way.

Well, it was clearly a bad choice anyway.
- game runs at 30fps on most popular platforms (consoles)
- game got awful reception, in large part, because of 30fps.

Platform games, with many things to collect, must offer an interesting world, which is fun to explore. Exploring at 30fps, or even at 60 when using a display which blurs image in motion, is NOT FUN. Simple as that.
30fps killed that game in terms of reception and financial success.

Instead of joy and praise, since it's "for mobiles only" here's my reaction instead:
go f.. yourself guys and shove this game up your asses.

No words. Simply no words. People from real Fururama working on the project and someone decided it should be a mobile game. If that's a joke, I'm not laughing.

I'm SO ANGRY right now because of this news.
F.. mobiles!

Xone has 2006-2007 level of dekstop PC CPU and 2007-8 desktop PC GPU.
Of course it's already old (ancient) junk. Comparing it to laptops has no sense, because you can buy a laptop today that is worse in games than laptop from 2011.
But surely 3-5 year old laptops can be equal/faster than Xone already, not in 2017

I would 100% agree if not for the fact that 30fps is a huge mistake when you talk about great and fun platform games, and Insomiac abandoned 60fps a few years ago (at least they told the truth why, not "hide it because it's an anti-consumer move so let's lie about it". At least they were decent and told the real reasons on their official blog page. But the fact remains - no more 60fps games from Insomiac.

I think both options are far from optimal.
