Don't bother. There is no 120fps stream and what they link as source specifically required because of Youtube not being able to host 120fps, is also a 60fps file, for some reason. So you can't see it running at 120fps at all.

In 2013 they launched their nextgen console based on a CPU not faster than what PCs offered in 2003 (in single threaded (absolutely the most important one for gaming) performance.
In 2020 they are releasing a nextgen with memory bandwidth equal to what PC gamers were using in 2010 and less than what PC gamers (single card, single GPU) could buy in 2012 even if you account for memory compression in Xbox S.

This is something between PS1 and Dreamcast. PS2 with matching display (NOT an LCD!) has games which look 5000x better than this one. i'd say it's around 1995-1997 level of graphics. Dreamcast's Shenmue looks way better than this game.

That's 300% of 2080ti for what you're hoping for. 3090 is not 300% of 2080ti.
Actually it's not 100% enough for 1440p 120+fps gaming. Overclocked 2080ti is like 80-100% capable of that. 3090 won't be 2x as fast outside raytracing enabled games.
