They could have also tried, and could have also already been turned down were Bayonetta is involved.
Activision and EA don't have the greatest history of supporting less than super successful Western games... what makes you think they would want to support a sequel to a less than successful Japanese game?
If you run down the list of potential partners, only Ubisoft(A potential I completely forgot about in previous assessments on this subject) and Nintendo...
@Bit
Microsoft gets a free pass here lately because they are seen as largely irrelevant, which itself is not exactly a good thing...
3DS!!
Woo golden sun!!!

Try importing persona 4 the arena. And see if that will work on your "region free" consoles.
...^__^;;
Well, the 3Ds is still UN-hacked.
I think that says a lot.
@wishing
All to do with attitude. Dark$niper started out acting like a jerk and tripling all over the place. Negative behavior is quickly punished.
Kaos however has always spoken positively even when referring to Nintendo competitors and didn't attack non Nintendo articles.
I do miss kind of D$ though...^_^;;
Perhaps it affects how many they can distribute?
This will no doubt affect logistics across the board for best buy, gaming or otherwise.
Just a guess though.
Or it could be that Nintendo and capcom have a great relationship going back nearly 2 decades.
Here are some highlights:
Capcom developed a few Legend of Zelda games for Nintendo.
Nintendo published and pushed mh3 in the west, something Sony wouldn't bother to do for the franchise.
Several exclusive games like re revelations and tatsunoko vs capcom
Mh3u will have online on wiiu... using servers hosted by ...
The only PS3 Monhun was a port of the psp side variant of the Wii game, known as portable 3rd. Monhun 3g, known as monster hunter 3 ultimate in the west has nearly all content from this version plus better graphics and swimming environments.
This will be released March 2013 in the west for wiiu and 3ds, the former of which will have online play.
P3rd isn't coming over, and is a lesser version anyway. Other than that, don't expect a PS3 Monhun game an...
You don't have to use it. it's optional.
All it is is a touch screen button the toggles the L button from looking directly behind your character to looking at the monster. It doesn't follow the monster either: if it moves out of screen, you have to hit the button again.
That's how it worked in 3g, and it doesn't look much different here.
I think the visuals are fine. They are great where they need to be and ugly where no one would be actively paying attention during normal gameplay anyway.
The trade off is the more varied landscapes and smoother framer and animations. Which are far more important anyway in my book.
And if it's anything like mh3g then it will run consistently even in full 3d, which will also work to make the bad spots less noticeable.
It is coming to Europe and America. This was absolutely confirmed.
Next March. ^0^
For there to be a GoTY edition of a game doesn't require a GoTY award.
I know. But that's how it is... @.@;;
As far as I know, the American law enforcement only really covers much of this data on you if you commit a crime...
Confirmed: Sony may one day consider all their customers Criminals.
...>.<;;;
lol...
There was overstrike, which was being made by the ratchet and clank devs, but the tone of the game has been shifted from humorous spy flick parody to be more serious, gritty shooter.
Still, If you want a 4 player 3rd person shooter with at least some basic BL similarities, you should keep your eyes on it, by its new name of Fuse(I believe that is what it's called now.)
All it really needs to prove itself in this regard is to make a decent profit. I'm pretty sure BL 1 and 2 have made incredible returns. While high numbers are obviously important, the actual cost to profit margin is far more relevant in a business perspective.
True. However, given the tech and situational differences the wiiu has fewer obstacles and a much better chance of actually delivering.
The vita/ps3 situation in regards to PS3 games played with the vita as a tab controller is infeasible, as no dev would bother to design a game around a feature most are guaranteed to be incapable of. It's just not worth the investment.
it's like comparing the gba/GC connectivity to the ds dual screen set up: we all kn...
I agree with all but the last line. The vita/ps3 combo was most likely a Sony decision that had nothing to do with the wiiu at all.
@Pirate
if you think that, you must not have been paying attention to the wiiu games and feature set.
The wiiu pad CAN be the display of the entire game, and can also enable one to search the web and load videos without turning off their game.
It's a story about MORE layoffs at a company hemorrhaging money. Despite this, I see no claims of Sony being doomed.
furthermore, this is a factual NEWS story, not an opinion piece in any way. Any perceived doom is in your head based on the info being presented, not from the writer or site.
GTA5.
Calling it now.
