I considering VR is compatible and the new headset supposedly works on lights like the current one, I imagine the light bar will be back - as the controllers won't work in vr otherwise.
Same with motion controls, it's a major part of tracking in VR for when the lights is can't be seen.

As a Reviewer, I'll miss this feature. The major benefit was you could toggle the privacy and upload 30images at once, locked so only you can see them.
It was a quick and easy way to get images for embargoed games onto your pc if you can't find your USB drive.
However, the auto posting everytime you get a trophy (which was a thing) stopped working a few years back.
I just hope this means we now get full length tweets.
The battery is one of the disappointing things about the Lite. It’s only 30mins longer than the original Switch. Yet, the new ‘original’ switch model gives you 3 hours more playtime over the launch switch. As such, the new ‘base’ model switch is the best one to pick up at the moment.
That's what I thought. I wonder if they'll strip that function out of that too? Although, how would you then play the game? Seems silly - all they had to do was add a toggle so you only played against controller people if you wanted too.
Erm, wasn't this coming to PC soon? If so, won't that mean people on PC can use controllers and M+K? Or are those players not playing the mobile players?

I know it’s the standard version but can you call it a broken release when gold versions of the game are playable publicly from today? They’ve gone for the ‘3 days early access if you get the gold edition’, which a lot of companies seem to be doing these days.
It is and it isn’t. Technically, it’s wrong because, as you said, the switch is only a port. However, the listing of the game on the e-shop and the box actually says ‘remaster’ on it. I asked BN about this but got no answer. I’m not sure how they can call the switch version ‘remaster’ when they’ve even said previously that it isn’t.

Unless you have a Google Pixel phone, a 5G connection and an unlimited plan (unless you're playing at home), you won't be playing Stadia on mobile until next year.
@LarrySweet - 72p is only if you'restreaming the games. The vast majority of the PS3 games are a native 720p anyway, so there's no issues with that. Remember, most of the BC titles on the Xbox One and the X are under 720p...
The PS4 games can be downloaded on the PS4 and ran at much higher resolutions.
There was a press release over on the Japanese site. The western sites will most likely put out their press statement soon.

@Tedakin - how is it misleading? I get that you don't want to see people bash MS because they refuse to click and actually read the article. However, the headline is correct. The game runs better on the Switch than on the Xbox. I don't see any errors or it being misleading in any way.
I don't see GT Sport as a GaaS game. Yeah, it has DLC purchases for the cars, but they can all be unlocked in the game. That's completly different to buying fake digital currency to unlock skins or random boosts durin multiplayer.
GaaS is about making people pay in order to have them remain engaged - so buying currency they only being able to use it in that one game. DLC purchases to quickly unlock a vehicle is there for people who don't have time to buy a car b...
Actually, the headline is 100% true. As it stands, regardless of the reasons, the switch version literally performs better than the xbox and PC versions.
Sure, they 'could' go back and patch those versions but as of right now, they haven't and they are inferior in regards to the overall performance.
The embargo is today? whoops. TBH, my first few goes I failed miserably at it, so I'd rather get out our review when I'm on top and have a decent run of it. Hopefully by this weekend :)
