Many consider Black Flag to be the best or at least on par with AC2. I also played Black Flag the most compared to previous titles and consider it the best.
And honestly, AC1 had the biggest wow factor for me. It was the first seriously amazing game I've played on my PS3 - until I bought Uncharted.
I honestly can't wait for both of them. Is Rogue also coming out on PC?
An unlikely port like, I don't know, Alan Wake?
I don't know about GOTY, there are a lot of contenders, but it's definitely shaping up to be a great game so far.
And when I said people shouldn't expect much from Capcom I got disagrees.. This really isn't enough for a next-gen release. It's a cash grab. I understand people buying TLOU:Remastered because the game looks gorgeous. This.. Well, it's basically a PS2 game spanning 3 generations of consoles. This isn't enough of an upgrade.
Max Payne 3 supports two different playlists with free-aim and soft-lock aim respectively.
So those who play on gamepads play on soft-lock, those who use M + K go free-aim.
It would make a completely unbalanced and unfair game if they were joined together though. No matter how precise you are with a mouse, you'll always get beat by those using software to lock their crosshair on you.
I would have to say no. While character movement is easier on an analogue stick, you just can't make up the difference in aiming a mouse makes. That is, without making it completely unfair by having, let's say, soft lock auto aim for gamepad users..
So uh, two AC games in one month?
Most of us are getting Unity. This might just be a flop. Or it could be a gem, who knows.
What do you bet that this will be an underwhelming remaster.
It's one thing when you remaster a PS3/360 game as some of those look quite good, but this game is as old as dinosaurs and only a complete overhaul would do it justice today.
That's not something Capcom really does, you know, put effort into things..
Only if they do the originals justice. If no effort is to be put into it, I'd rather let it stay dormant.
I like what they're trying to do with it, but I have to agree on a single point - it feels too much like Battlefield 4 and it shouldn't. It just FEELS like a BF4 addon.
I think Red Dead Redemption is mature enough for a next-gen remaster. It did have it's performance issues and it could have looked drop dead gorgeous if it wasn't held back by the PS3 and 360.
I vote for a RDR remaster for PS4, Xbone and PC.
I get all tingly when I imagine playing RDR on PC.
It's not free to play, thankfully. No game is ever free.
This is amazing.
Not going to happen
The only surprise I want is a PC version.
It didn't have much to do with the game, but it had everything to do with actual history. This is the world we're getting into with Unity.
Yeah, the only thing they ripped off was the bandage keeping his jaw in place, as they did in the video - he screamed, like in the video. I guess it's pretty accurate in some things.
I wouldn't count on Sunset Overdrive coming to PC. Insomniac doesn't do PC and the game, feature wise, belongs on consoles. A PS4 port is less unlikely than a PC port, but I doubt we'll see either one.
