Thats the funny part PC version is usually superior, yet its cheaper. Unless they severly butcher a console port PC version always turns out better.
GTA 4 is an example of a bad port, but look at it now. It got fixed in about a month of release with patches. However now the modding community has really made the game what it should have been.
I thought console gamers didnt care about the graphics differences, Since everytime PC beats both of them out in a comparison all they have to say "oh graphics dont effect gameplay", so why quibble over small differences between ps3 and 360, graphics dont effect gameplay right?

Thing is casuals only want to be carrying 1 device and almost everyone needs a cell phone. Its an essential device in todays day and age you cant go around without one.

Agreed, while the FPS probably will hacked and unlocked like some of the other games. There is no excuse for a game not to have AA in 2011. We had AA back in 1998 so its not like its a cutting edge feature.
Eh console gamers will end up paying 60usd for this, PC version could have been had anywhere between 36-45usd. Hell it was further down to 33usd on D2D just few weeks after launch.

Well what people are failing to see here is emulations grants you access to almost every PS2 game.
If someone already has PS2 games and doenst have a PS2 or a PS3 Fat, they dont need to keep rebuying remakes of the same old games. They can instead just emulate them on a PC and play the games Via a DS3.
Also its not like Sony will be releasing a remake of every PS2 game out there. Also we dont know if these remakes will remain compatible with the PS4, we know ...

The name says it all lol.. obvious console fanboy. No ones telling you to rush for the game at launch. 2-3months after launch while console prices are still sky high, PC prices will be discounted. History just has a way of repeating itself, watch Steam and the rest of the digital network do it ;-)

Looks like Sony really managed to completely brainwash some of them.
One of the best looking games out even today the original Crysis came on DVD. There isnt a game on the PS3 that tops it, even when Crysis is running on 2006 PC hardware. Hence the logic that Bluray and Cell = good graphics fails. Its Sony marketing hype at best.
Remember how they hyped 4D, 120fps blah...
Ever considered its because there isnt much of a gap between the PS3 and Xbox 360 which is why all the multiplats are simular with very small differences at best.
The PC version shines because its clearly superior.

Sorry dude you couldnt be more wrong. Why do you think People are buying old games on the PS3? because they would like to relive the old expereinces.
Same holds true for the PC. I recently purchased Doom 3, Vampire the masquerade, Tombraider legend, GTA sandandreas.
I also replayed my old copy of Dungeon keeper 2 few months back, i replayed Max payne 2 few months back.

True a 2008 pc wont be playing gta 4 with mods. same goes for the ps2 it wont be playing ps3 version of mgs3 either.
However i can tell u a 2015 pc probably will be playing the same copy of gta4 with even better mods, but we sure as hell dont know if ps4 will be playing ps3 version of mgs3 even if it will there wont be any mod making it look better.

You could easily get a gaming PC that will crush a console for around 400GBP, 1000GBP is alot of money and totally unnecessary.
I could build a PC with a I5 2500K and a 6950 for about 700GBP, thats a pretty highend setup mate.
Thats the problem with console gamers they tend to pay for, what is free already on PC.
All those HD remakes that you buy today, you have no idea if Sony and MS will support the same games on their next box.
Hence all this investment may be irrelevant by the time next consoles come out and again if by the time next consoles are out if we have tvs that can do 1600p or beyond. The same HD remakes you buy today will still be running at 720p settings, which m...

PC actually has more AAA exclusives then Xbox 360 this year, maybe just as many as the PS3. I dont get your thing about PC not having exclusives.
Following games were released as exclusives to PC this year:
Witcher 2, Shogun 2, Dawn of war 2 retribution, Red orchestra 2, dota 2.
