They didn't mention it because they don't intend on giving users "remasters" for free. They made a killing on remastered games on the PS4. They don't have a smart delivery system in place. Smart delivery isn't the Xbox Series X just using it's better hardware to boost the last gen games. It knows you bought the game last gen and automatically bump up the assets to Ultra settings. Similar to a PC
All that liquid still kept it less powerful than the competition.
Wow. That's massive. I knew it was the biggest playstation yet... But this is overkill.
I have a Samsung 3.0 USB SSD and it takes around 15 seconds.

And that's with zero optimization. The fact that the Xbox software engineers in the back compat department have been able to develop something that allows this to happen... Is extremely impressive. In my opinion anyway.
I think you're getting disagrees because of the fanboyism. If any generation of consoles should/could end being a fanboy that limit's oneself to only owning one box, it's this coming generation. Both have something the other one doesn't. The argument that Xbox has "no games" is over. They now have 23 1st party studios making exclusive games. Let's all just be gamer's. If you can't afford both, then hush up and have fun with the one you pick.
PC is Xbox ecosystem. People need to start understanding that. Xbox now has 2 next gen consoles, PC, and mobile. Pretty big umbrella.
Well, honestly... They can't. Buying Insomniac for $400 million was digging deep into their pockets. They're not a $1.5 trillion dollar company.
They have never been in last place. They have a $1.5 trillion dollar evaluation. I call that winning my friend. They don't view Sony as competition. A company isn't competition when you're able to purchase them 10x over again. Microsoft is only considering Amazon and Google competition.
They are certainly anti consumer. I guess they do need the money.
Well... One major thing stands in their way. And that is capital (cash). If it wasn't for the PlayStation division, Sony would have filed bankruptcy years ago.
PS and XB both are essentially PC's x86 architecture. So if it wasn't easy to develop for, I would be worried about the developers skill level
Sure it is. It's 86x just like PC. Same for Xbox!!!
Sooo many quality games come with Bethesda. Wow it Literally pays to be a trillion dollar company. Jesus
It's always been an easy choice for me.
Both of them!!!!

You're correct. Sony has been notorious for lying through every generation. Microsoft has had some doozies themselves. But in the past year or so... Sony has completely dwarfed MS in the BS department.
But what does it matter? People always forgive and forget. They'll (myself included) will still buy their products.
In my opinion... MS has been more consumer friendly and transparent when it comes to the discussion of next gen...
Top spot for what exactly? I think he was just saying that Sony was throwing shade at Microsoft for being consumer friendly by blending the lines in generations. Allowing Xbox one owners purchase games that come out for Xbox after the launch of the Xbox Series of consoles. Up to a year to a year and a half after the next gen console launch.
Only for Sony to do the same. After they said they wouldn't do so. Sony said they were doing a traditional console launch. By making people ...
Considering Microsoft doesn't see Sony as competition, it's not going to be a race at all. Sony is all alone in the console domain. Sure, Nintendo and Microsoft have pieces of hardware that connects to a TV. But Nintendo is mostly handheld and Microsoft has a console, PC, and Xcloud (mobile gaming) a large ecosystem.
Sony has the console only market all to themselves. Hell... Microsoft doesn't even look at Sony as competition anymore. Simply because they don't have e...
You're exactly correct. It's funny to think Microsoft about got stoned to death for talking about an all digital console and always online. And now here we are... 2020 And it's all good and completely acceptable
They are single player only moving the industry to invest in Redbox. One and done single player games are just rentals. FACTS
