In order for Sony to survive in the future, they are going to need to invest billions into cloud infrastructure. Similar to Microsoft, Amazon, and Google. Why do you think Amazon and Google are attempting to get into the video game space? Both of them have powerful AI servers to allow for game streaming. I believe this is why Sony made a deal with Microsoft to use their servers. It's cheaper to rent them than it is to build them from scratch.

CD Project Red said the upgrade for the Series X will be ready on the 10th of November. At least that's what I remember reading.
Why wouldn't he like PlayStation? He's a gamer at heart. Anyone that's a "true" gamer won't be brand loyal to a single platform or piece of plastic.

On the hardware side of things, the Series X has the PS5 at a serious power disadvantage. Sony Fanboy's won't care, because resolution and a higher system features doesn't matter anymore. Digital Foundry has already made the tech comparison. PS5 is 40% less powerful than the XSX. They haven't been wrong yet
Sony's 10 flops is at MAXIMUM load. They can't and won't push it that hard for very long.

Sony is killing themselves. They are soooo far from the "user-friendly" company they were when they launched the PS4. Now they are doing everything possible to squeeze more money out of me. I don't see that happening. Sony wants to have a clean cut from the PS4. They believe in "true generational change"

The Fanboys are just super thirsty for any and all info Sony is comfortable releasing. We are less than a month out from launch... And there hasn't exactly been much info about the console these past few months. I hope they announce a Smart Delivery like service for the console. If they do have the equivalent to it... It would help alleviate some of the worries about having to purchase games twice. On the PS4 then again on the PS5 🤞
How is it a game changer? The Xbox One launched with the " snap " feature. I would watch NFL with picture in picture snapped in the corner of the screen. Voice to text has been a part of Xbox one since launch. Adding attachments to your messages has been there since launch. Knowing how close you are to getting a certain trophy (achievement) had been there since launch. I'm glad these quality of life features have been added to PlayStation though.
