Runs smooth on my Series X. I was just talking to my brother about this. He asked if I had the same issues he was having on his PS5. I told him that things like this will only get worse. Well, unless Sony drops a PS5 Pro real quick.
It might not seem fair... But that's what happens when a GIANT like Microsoft decides to pull a mic drop moment. PlayStation will always have a place in my home. But it won't be our go to platform. Xbox ecosystem is just too good. Game pass , smart delivery, Xcloud, and pay once and play your game wherever you want, within their ecosystem.
Well sure it was. It's a cartoon one and done. My son can't wait to Redbox it.
This is the first I've heard of this. I've not experienced this issue.
It's only a matter of time gents! Only a matter of time
I agree. I put a reward out for one. Told my friends and colleagues I'd pay $200 above retail if they could lock one down for me. No luck. Bots scrapping them up way too fast. Got a PS5 though.
They have the money to pay for different departments in the Xbox team. The dashboard team isn't a part of the hardware team or the game development team.
I think Microsoft should put a little more emphasis on how the Series S is still playing next gen only games. Sure it's playing cross-gen games at the level of the pro and one x... But that's probably due to the developer not wanting to make a 3rd version of the code. Having to make a game for current and last gen is enough work. I'm sure the S will shine a bit more once last gen gets cut off the rotation. Which I'm sure will be sooner than people once thought.
That goes against everything Microsoft has said about the feature. They stated that the code hasn't and won't be touched. That the method they're using is more or less tricking the cpu into thinking it's running double the frames. I wish I could find the video source with Larry talking about it
@King_Noctis
Sony has already signed a deal with Microsoft to use Microsoft's servers (Azure) for PSN and PlayStation services. That's probably a good indicator that they're planning on jumping aboard the subscription/streaming train. All the BIG boys are already doing it. Even with Sony being the little brother (in comparison to Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and even Facebook) they know where the future is going.
Blockbuster big budget films are even str...
I see so days exclusives being a win for everybody. Especially Redbox. Their stock goes up every time Sony releases an exclusive.
That's how I play my one and done games
They don't have enough capital bud. I'm sure Sony would love to be able to cut 7 billion dollar checks as well. But they're not that big of a company.
I'm playing with little to no issues on the Xbox One X. I'm enjoying it
@rainbowcookie
Speak for yourself. I've been playing it on the XSX and I've been loving every minute of it. It's not perfect by any means. But it's my top game of 2020. Hands down.
What!!?? That's a massive leap above my highest weapon damage. My highest is around 1250 HP. I'm only a lvl 25 at the moment though.
I didn't realize there was an update. When did that happen?
It hasn't crashed on my at all. There are some funny glitches, but nothing game breaking. Looks and plays decent enough that I haven't stopped playing it because of any issues. I'm playing it on a XBOX One X
CDPR is an amazing development group. Same goes for Bethesda. You're not seeing anyone else attempting to create RPG's to the scale that they are doing. Sure there'll be hiccups around launch. But they always sort it out.
Lisa Su is only going to collect that big boy check from Phil. I wonder how much it cost to have AMD give Microsoft the better versions of the ZEN2 and RDNA 2 than what the PS5 is packing? I guess it doesn't matter. They're a trillion dollar company. They could absorb the PlayStation division and not even feel it.
