I think it's because now they have a sense of direction, unlike the previous year.
The only Mario game that's coming right now is Mario Maker.
Yeah, Nintendo customer service is like that with unconfirmed information or so I've seen. :P It would probably be a better idea to ask the developer.
That's... profoundly strange. Not to mention disappointing. Not a huge fan of the way they priced everything.
Please oh please oh please oh PLEASE let this be true.
Oh sure, compare it to three of the biggest juggernauts from last gen. That's a fair comparison. :P
Wait, they took out the competitive mode? I mean it wasn't superb, but why take it out? Can't they have both modes?
Acknowledgement is a start. Now do something about it.
I watched it on Netflix, you scoundrel. I like supporting the things I like. >:P
How can you make a claim on the overall power of console that isn't even announced yet based on currently existing technology? Fusion is only a rumor, so it's unethical to assume we know anything about it at all.
Indeed! Glad that the Wii U version finally got a fair price tag in comparison to the others. :)
@DonDon You're one to talk with your silly, crazy and rage induced tirades against CEOs you've never met.
That makes a lot of sense, actually. Porting the first game will probably not take long and releasing it before Bayonetta 2 is what a number of fans were asking for.
^Maybe not with that attitude. Hopefully Nintendo fans will buckle down and support the game. Frankly I'd love to see Bayonetta 3.
Anyone else getting a major Portal vibe from this game? Visuals look sick for an indie title.
Been wondering the same thing. I keep hearing about it but it never comes out.
@deafdani Well there's always A Hat in Time. A Wii U version isn't guaranteed, but the dev team is trying really hard to make it happen. Shantae looks really pretty and the Wii U is getting both of the Oddworld HD remakes as well. Sure they're all multiplat, but they're not bad games to own on Wii U, especially if they are expected to run just as well on Wii U as on any platform.
Kids deserve quality content as well as adults, which is why I appreciate that Nintendo makes AAA family friendly content when almost no one else does. That said, they should remember to do more Metroids and F-Zeros to keep those kids enticed in their future systems when they grow older.
To be fair, it's a cancelled 360/PS3 game resurrected by Nintendo's publishing firm.
@Foxtrot And the point I'm making is that this is a canned last generation game being moved to Wii U. I don't think the budget for this game was ever nearly as high as those games.
