That's pretty much why it's as popular on the 360 as it is. Bioware seems to be catering to the console crowd for this franchise but ME was still very enjoyable. ME2 should be even better.
I know a mate of mine is waiting for uni to finished before he picks up a PS3 and MGS4 as he's the type to just sit and play for ages without getting any work done.
It's probably got more chance of going to PS3 than Alan Wake has of coming to the PC which is a shame as I'd much rather have Alan Wake on PC where it's meant to be.
I really liked ME but I thought it wasn't on the same level as the other games Bioware has produced in the past and not as polished especially on the 360 with all the little issues it had.
This one looks to be better and hopefully will be.
Does it actually continue to story? I seem to remember something about the humans in the game being under a new threat from somewhere.
It could be unrelated to the previous story for all I know. I've kept myself distant from much of the news about this game.
This Geoff Keighley guy seems to think it's only on 360. I'd like to shove my copy of ME2 (PC) in his face when It arrives.
In that case play the first one first. You won't regret it.
This guy is going all over the place as if he keeps forgetting what points he's trying to make.
I just ordered my new graphics card for this game. I'm really looking forward to playing it once I've finished my project.
I guess it is pretty much genre defining since it's about the only TPS/RPG I can think of.
You're damn right I will.
The already cleaned up all the creations for the EU beta from the US one. I'm guessing they'll do it again for the release.
Banned yes but anything short of locking them up isn't going to stop them.
Nice list of games. Looking forward to VC2 the most.
That's just silly. Whether or not a person thinks a game deserves to be anticipated is completely irrelevant since it's the number of people anticipating a game that shows how anticipated it is.
Bashing a game in a list like this because of personal preference is just unprofessional.
Also, 'it will be interesting to see just how good the title looks, especially after the success of Bayonetta'. What does Bayonetta's success have anything to do with GoW3s looks?
This game just sounds better and better.
Are there any PC reviews yet?
The promotional video is obviously going to show it working perfectly but this thing seem great.
I hope it comes to the west some time.
lol yeh they're great. First time seing that one.
I think I'd go with ME2 myself but I need to wait to get this project of mine finished before I buy it.
There are so many amazing games coming out this year. It's going to be really tough choosing which one is GOTY.
I wonder if it's actually better than Dragon Age which is awsome.
edit: @pippoppow, I played the first on PC and it lends itself to the PC control scheme really well (also didn't have many of the issues that the 360 version had). Bioware games have always been better on PC anyway so you won't be disappointed.
edit2: there's always the option of using your 360 controller too if you want to play it that way.
This is really old.
Read about this the other month.
