The irony of it all is that you didn't put into thought of what I said.
People have had damaged goods, and "re-shrinked" games sold through on Ebay and Amazon. Just because they have you listing it, doesn't mean it's entirely true. This also falls under Craigslist as well, in which I didn't see you address.
I recommend actually thinking it out in detail before you try to correct someone else on things.

Show as far as hacking on the PS3, other than the Dynamic Theme creator which is nice, from the many forums on the underground sites.
I can guarantee that if you were to randomly click on one of them, 9 times out of 10 it will be about downloading "X" game.

It IS vastly different. Look at the sheer amount of additions over classic. Classic was dropped and beta is adding things constantly each week, not to mention the amount of user mod additions to the game.

It's pretty damn easy. You do realize if you engage an enemy, you just run away out of it's zone and it resets right?
Avoiding enemies in the game isn't what i'd exactly call impressive.
People stick with CoD because their friends play it. Half the public that plays it don't even know the first thing about framerate. >_>
To be honest, I relate that more on an overall level on all companies, where it's like "You can buy THIS item for X amount of dollars, or THIS item that has extra space and stuff for X amount of dollars"
Nintendo is one prime example of guilt of this as well. Wii Motion Plus, umteen revisions of the DS, etc
Isn't that how it's slowly directing towards to now? They tend to do that with harddrives as is.
