You realize settlements is just that...a settle between BOTH PARTIES. If they still could win, then they could have continued on said situation.
A settlement defines legal requirements of the parties, and is often put in force by an order of the court after a JOINT AGREEMENT by BOTH PARTIES.

MrAnonymous, the term genre doesn't mean anything to you if that's the case.
Games follow behind a set formula, given with the genre of what it is. Hence why we categorize them on how their gameplay is.
That and the situation that if you get the PS3 version and link your steam account to it, you get the PC version also.
That's the route I'm taking, since I have all the platforms, I'd rather go the route to pay the extra $10 to be able to get 2 versions. :)

From this pricing method, you're going to have to pay more to get the stuff that you're already getting now in MC.
