I asked the streamer what xbox he had, it was quite an old one (Since he flashed it).
The game will run smoother on the newer consoles due to the efficiency improvements to the hardware.

I saw a video last night where there was a lot of load time for textures.
However that is due to the game not being installed to the hard drive, and the user playing the 2nd disc off the disc.

The level of politics in any industry can never be seen till youre involved in it.
Why do you think that generally all Multi-plats look very similar? Politics - Face it MS might not have the better performing console but they have might to squeeze any game publisher to do anything (within reason). The partnerships, and tie ups is how for some strange reason MS had somtehing to do with the PS3 cell processor.

A friend who works in Game (UK) has a copy and has unlocked achievements for the past 3 days.
He keeps sending me whatsapps of gameplay.
Some people might get banned but most wont, and there is no T&C regarding playing games before release.
If any of the banned people are smart they could take it to court.
Ill see if my friend gets banned, but he does this with most games.

But MS allow small clips to be recorded then directly uploaded to youtube.

I think the big 3 advantages are..
1. Launching before Xbone
2. Cheaper than the Xbone
3. They took the consumer seriously
Dont get me wrong the Xbone will sell, but as long as Kinect is bundled with it Im not buying it.
Wheres the sense in being completely able to disable kinect and still have it as a mandatory purchase?

yeah. Rockstar have made good games, and they have many triple A titles.
