Its about the amount of power the chip will use, and a tablet uses a battery so power is limited off the bat.
The chip could be exactly the same, but if it cannot get enough power through the transistors then it cannot rival anything that has a AC power unit.
You cant beat physics.

Here are the facts. Consoles use AC power (Power from the mains).
Tablets use DC power - Batteries.
If by any miracle a thin and light tablet manages to have the same power as a GPU in a console - how long will the battery last for?
1-3 minutes?
Dont forget how much the battery is already doing.
THe CPU, screen, wifi etc..
A tablet with heavy use playing fruit ninja cant last more than 6 hours so playing...

I know its built on PC, but PC code and PS3 code are very different.
And you would only translate the bits that are relevant.
Im not 100% but I think PS3 code is some form of C sharp, Xbox is something else and they are incompatible with PC due to the powerPC platform etc..
Still I dont believe it, because it wouldnt make sense - if that was the case due to porting then the xbox discs would contain something similar which they don...

Ps3 uses a complete different platform so why would DX code be PS3 code baffles me?

1st EA losing a few million is not going to hurt them at all.
2nd The should be paying royalties to the 'players' they use in the game, its only fair.
3rd The reason why NBA, NFL etc... players do not get the money directly is due to the set up of the contracts, its part of the contract the name will be used.

I think the game was too short, im sure the heist component rests with multiplayer.
I believe thats where the game will improve but its stupid they did not open up multiplayer on release

Cloud GPU processing already exists in the form of encoding/decoding frames.
AMD can do both and process all GPU computations, its a server rack blade you stick in and good to go.

I personally they deliberately delayed the online gaming so people actually play the single player, where GTA IV had people spending less time in single player

Doubt it, not to say that its impossible but 64 players on an entire city.
BF3 does not have anywhere near the graphical complexity of GTA V
while 32 to players is great, the back of my xbox and ps3 disc case says 8-16.
Maybe 32 to for PC?
