This update is the best thing ever.
I'm finding myself playing the wii games more now than I ever did, even when I first got them on the wii.
Off-TV play is the best thing for gaming since 3D game worlds (not the glasses 3D, the good 3D).
You could hold b on the gamepad as the console turns on to boot up straight to wii mode and skip the switching part altogether.
Just a thought.
Congrats bro, the wii u is a great system (just a little different), and it has some great games out now and incoming.
You're pretty biased against Nintendo.
Smash bros. is good enough to deserve it's own spot.
Stop trolling.
An incredible score for a remake, this is a remake done right. I'll be picking this up for sure!
And the game's been in development for way too long, it would have been 3/4s done by the time the Wii U was even announced.
No parents should be buying GTA V for their little kids, whether they're on a Nintendo console or not.
The commercial has nothing wrong with it, it's the way the writer has interpreted it as a "dire picture for games" when it's not, as other users have said it was a Japanese commercial for what is coming to the eShop and what is already on the eShop.
Why do you think I'm being defensive?
The article is obviously trying to start a flamewar, either that or they are horribly misinformed.
The original Wind Waker still holds up incredibly well.
The biggest changes I can see (other than the HD) are in the framerate and the lighting (which is incredible on the Wii U).
There is no way that having one girl in with the two other guys would hurt the story.
At worst it would change it, at best it would make the story better.
It's not going to ruin the game, but I agree that with three main characters, one of them could have been a girl. It certainly wouldn't hurt the game.
This game looks beautiful in HD.
A Wii U controller with the processor in it that comes with a little box you connect up to the TV that receives the signal? It'd be like the Wii U but reversed.
That'd be really cool, but I bet it'd run out batteries really quickly.
Maybe, but he should definitely be in Smash Bros.
You think he sounds like a stockholder?
I think most stockholders speak like businessmen, and don't defend the companies they have stock in so much (they've gotta be ready to jump ship at the earliest sign of the company failing in order to not lose much money).
Haven't played it, but they definitely made the right decision in making the game a Pokemon game.
Even if it was complete crap (which I hear it's not) it would probably still sell like hotcakes, and the amount of Pokemon figures they have to choose from is staggering.
Yes.
After the new Wii U update, I've realised just how important it is now that I can play Wii games off-screen.
I'm playing them even more now, 1 to 6 years after I got them, than I have ever played them.
