the analyst counted 5 of the x360's exclusives against 4 of the PS3's to skew the numbers. if you figure in one of PS3's duds like Haze to make it 5 against 5 then the PS3 score goes down even lower. also, if you figure in ALL the console exclusives for each console then the x360 is even farther ahead. yet again, if you figure in ALL the games and their averages instead of twenty games then the X360 outshines the Wii and PS3 even more.

All the frat boys I know have a PS3 because they typically don't pay attention to the gaming scene and bought a PS3 because they had a PS2. you must be new if the d-pad gives you problems on COD4 switching weapons. the 360 controller is nearly flawless and sony fanboys just need something to criticize so they picked the d-pad because everything else is perfect. the d-pad is functional on the 360 controller, not the best ever, but functional.
I could see if PSN was an equal to xbox live but it is still not. Off the top of my head, xbox live has better clan support, cross game chat, much more downloadable content (more demos, media, extras), achievements for ALL xbox 360 games (not just 1), a less laggy, less buggy interface. sure PSN is free but it's gimped. if you want to wait around for Sony to get their act together if they ever do then by all means get a PS3.

who would use wifi on a console? the connection is slower and it's not like a console is portable like a laptop. it's not that hard to wire your console directly to the internet for a faster connection. wifi is stupid for a console.
also, with the upcoming price drop the 360 will be $55 cheaper with wifi (unnecessary) and one year of xbox gold. considering xbox gold is still superior to PSN in almost every way then I don't mind paying $4 a month for quality.

sony usually announces their games 2-3 years in advance while with Microsoft there typically is a 1 year window for their announcements. so for a PS3 fan to list off upcoming 2009 exclusives for the PS3 and compare them to the 360 in 2009 is just silly because Microsoft usually keeps their cards closer to their chest.

didn't really have to be on 4 discs. maybe 2. maybe even 1. a lot of it was just because of inefficient programming.
a 15 minute install or a 10 second disc change? both formats have their drawbacks. the blu-ray is too slow to run straight from the disc without an install and the dvd doesn't have enough space and requires multiple discs for 2 games so far this generation.
anyway, who cares. I find it funny that Sony fanboys make a disc change such a big deal. shows us how desperate they are for relevance. I guess they just like to wait: wait while their games install, wait for their PSN firmw...
