Works a charm. Had a few games online. Perfect. Graphics are top notch. Very happy with this game.
I've got a 60gig Euro launch model PS3.
I'm gonna play this game 'till I have an epileptic Fit!
Huh!
F-Zero will never be a stich on Wipeout. What a lame remark....
Except for Britain, who just agree with whatever the US says.
There must be thousands of posts on this site stating that people prefer the hard media, be it discs, cartridges or whatever. Downloads are too long and in some countries expensive. (paying by the gig downloaded) How much would your game end up costing?
Plus direct downloads have no re-sale value if they are sh!t. I and thousands of others will hold onto our discs, thank you.
Give the poster a break. There are many out there that have bad reading and writing skills.
I used to play this on the Commodore Amiga. A great game. I hope the remake does it justice.
The author just hasn't got over purchasing the HD add-on for his 360, still spitting bullets over HD DVDs death!
and she's putting out!!
These abstinence Republicans send a chill down my spine. All that pent up frustration just makes them want to bomb anywhere they can get away with.
I keep hoping that they'll release a hd version of the game WINGS by Cinemaware on the Amiga. First person view dogfights! World war one planes! A really great game.
Maybe it'll be an option in the game?
Put us out of our misery. This game has been a long time coming. My PS3 just doesn't feel right without a WIPEOUT game for it!
But I have yet to encounter a firmware problem with my PS3. I have a euro 60gig launch model.
A young and beautiful woman. What a waste. May she rest in piece.
Is the architecture of the 360 that much different from a PC? Developers are just normal people too. Carmack and others in the games industry are probably pi$$ed at having to re-learn how to code for the CELL. The 360 is cheaper and handier for them to code for. That's all there is to it!
It's like this, I'm sure that when the steam engine was replaced with the combustion engine, there were mechanics all over the planet complaining that it was more complicated and difficult to ...
I'm a big fan of the Final Fantasy series also. I really feel that the game will be limited by Square to ensure they maximise their profits on the 360. If this happens to FF13 we will see the online stores flooded with costly DLC that probably would have fit on the Blu-ray disk.
I could be wrong but could the additional content that the PS3 is getting with Bioshock have been included on the 360 DVD9 disk?
A lot of games developers have used the 360 as the lead unit to develop with. If the max. cap. for DVD9 is about 7.5 gigs any multi platform games are going to be limited by this. Which means that there will be less content on a Blu-Ray game disk.
How many of you out there thought that GTA4 was much shorter than San Andreas? I felt that it was a lot shorter and have wondered how much was omitted due to it's multi platform release. And as for the "Exclusive Down loadable Co...
When MS bring out the next incarnation of the Xbox, What are they going to use for storage? Do they expect to have Xbox owners download their games? How long would it take to download 5 or 6 gigs?(probably 4x more as the industry develops)DVD9 is no longer an option and will only hinder multi-platform games.
Maybe MS intend to bring back the cartridge for the 720 or what ever it's called.
MS should have stuck with their HD-DVD, even though the format lost out to ...
You get your new releases cheap so. We pay 60 Euro here for a game, some places get away with 65 euro over here.
Is it any wonder your down to 1 bubble with idiotic comments like that! MGS4 without a doubt is one of the best titles to come out this year. An absolute gem of a game.
As with any big selling game, with so many copies sold, it is only a matter of time before it winds up in a bargain bin, just like GTA4 and COD4.
My 5 year old son is still playing the launch model PS2 I got for christmas in 2001 (Its been chipped, has a network adapter and a 250 gig hard drive installed now) What the H3LL were you doing to them to break 5 PS2s? My PS2 must have spent at least five of those years used every day.
What was the problem - disk read error?
