Here in Europe they are not running one advert showing any of Halo's in game graphics. In fact there is text at the bottom of each advert shown on TV saying that what is shown is NOT actual game footage.
As opposed to the KZ2 adverts when they were ran.
That speaks volumes in itself...

I went out and bought 2 other YLOD phat PS3s for parts, after my BRD went on my 60gig BC Euro launch PS3. I've reflowed my original phat after it YLODed on me after 3 years of use and it is still working now. I've got a good working knowledge of how to repair these phat PS3s and I can't see how a disc could fix this problem.
Anyone know how this disc could work?

personally I've always seen MS as the most negative effect on gaming ever. Crappy rehashed games and introducing the pay to play on-line they can only further bring gaming down.

Tom Cruise is racing the reasonably priced car at Top Gear this week. By the time the show airs this Autumn GT5 will be near release. This will push PS3 sales through the roof by Xmas in the UK.
I don't believe that SONY would p!ss off such a large part of its Euro market by making fun of its national team.

Bioshock is an absolute masterpiece. The story is second to none.
The Unreal Engine doesn't do it justice though but the concept and playability of the game make it more than worth while. If any of you haven't played this game through to the end, you are really missing out.
I would advise any gamers that don't like FPSers to put it to easy and give it a go.
