LBP is the dogs dangley bits! It's a game all my family plays.
I know what the reviewer means when they write of it being riddled with small problems. The odd floating object and twitching dead character is probably what they are talking about. The UNREAL engine isn't exactly top notch. I'd prefer Infinity Wards COD MW engine for this game.
Still a super game though. Can't wait for the sequel!

How many of these gaming journalists are America? Is the 360 supposedly an American console? The yanks haven't produced a decent console since...well ever really. So they are rabidly trying to spin the 360 as a success. Only in the US would a consumer\ frat boy\ child buy a shoddy and faulty piece of hardware and then spend the next few years screaming how great it is while they sneak away and replace their console 4 or 5 times!

I own 15 PS3 games and not one of those EA games listed is amongst them. I am not a fan of this company. IMO most of the games they put out are second rate. The only exception is FIFA 09. I really love this game.
If Sony can ensure that playing for hours wont give you a monumental eye ache or headache I'll be sold on the 3D tech.
I wear glasses so it'll have to be some kind of clip on lenses.

Without a doubt, if I had bought a 360 before I bought my PS3, I'd be pretty pissed off. This is obviously why so many 360 owners hate on the PS3.
The 360 is a low quality machine that due to the RROD is practically a disposable console. Most of my mates are planning to, or already have moved over to the PS3 after being sucked into the hype of the 360 when it launched, the gullible sods!
The haters that push these anti PS3 stories tend to be kids that are stuck ...
I got it with a used 360 I bought and have just about completed it and I've found the game play to be repetitive and not very exciting. Sure it's easy on the eye but I expect more from a current gen game.
I just can't see the attraction to this game. Why does everyone keep banging on about it?

I bought a used 360 before Xmas for 150 euro with 3 games. That was value for money. As for the 360 itself, I think it's an over noisy bucket. It screams cheap! Not one piece of quality hardware in it!
The sooner the rest of my mates move over to the PS3 the better.
I might download Alan Wake if there is a demo, just to see what the fuss is about, but I have no interest in any of the others.
It's going to be mostly multi-plats this year for the 360 so.
Apart from the two halo games listed everything else is multiplat.
I couldn't agree or disagree with you on that. My contact with the original xbox was very limited (I had a lend of one for a weekend or two) I do remember that it wouldn't play DVDs straight out of the box; you had to buy an add on or something. I found the graphics very PC like. (playing a Riddick game. can't remember the games full name though)
I didn't play online with it. I regret that.
