I'm more of a story whore than a graphics whore for this game anyway.
I'm no fan of any games using the Unreal engine. Just something about the graphics and feel that I don't like.

COD4 online is a top notch FPS! It finally got me to stop playing RFOM online. I really like RFOM, its a great game and has a great story. There is a feel about the game that just appeals to me. This is why I have not traded it in. I plan to keep it and COD4.
I might not play them as much when games like COD5, RFOM2 or KillZone are released but they will still get played.

There is not a chance MS will sell an add-on BRD for that price! More like they will try to make that in profit on the drive they will sell!
How much was the HD DVD add-on for sale when they released it? How much more cheaper was it to produce than a BRD?
For COD4 and Warhawk but in general it doesn't appeal to me. Unless the game is exceptional and has lots of replay value I tend to complete it and trade it in.
I would be very surprised if MS make their 50m back on the GTA 4 DLC.
Chances are that by the time the DLC is available the game will have already been completed and traded in.
How many of you out there still have your copy of GTA 4, waiting for the DLC? Most of my mates that bought GTA on the 360 have already traded their copies in. So they wont be purchasing any DLC.

I still have an original PS2 euro launch model (7 years old). It's still working perfectly though it has been modified a bit with a chip and 160 gig hard drive.
I've always owned a couple of consoles and PCs. I bought an xbox just prior to MS ditching it and we have the 360 with a failure rate that in all honesty should have received a call back it was so badly designed and built.

your machine RROD and you found out that you could get it running again (even for a couple of hours)by wrapping it in a towel and heating it up inside enough for the chips to reset or the cracks in the solder to meld together again. (correct me if I'm wrong about what the towel trick does)

I hope little change like this don't ruin the top notch gameplay COD4 has.
One thing I do hope they sort out is the online side of the game - the host disconnected issue and incorrect stats are a major pain in COD4.

I must have spent about four hours playing this online last night. Wicked, Wicked game! This is a must buy for any PS3 owner. The ZONE mode is amazing. Really intense!
I would have loved to have seen the orignal untoned down version of the ZONE mode. Maybe a cheat will surface after a month or two....
We can only hope.
And when you consider the money Sony put on the line with its products (consoles and games) - balls of steel are required.

This is a little gem of a game. If you own a PS3 you've got to buy this!
A few of the mates (a couple of 360 owners) were over this weekend and had a look and play of WipeOut HD. They were impressed to say the least. The next question out of them was 'if this game can run at those speeds at 1080p @60fps, why aren't we seeing more games at the same level?
I will absolutely not stop playing this game until I get all those gold trophies. I love this game. Stunning graphics, great game-play\control and cheap to boot! What a bargain. Very happy.
Square need to be very careful about alienating it’s customer fanbase. I have bought a copy of every FF that has been released since FF7, including a DS version and have managed to complete 3 of these. I have always found these games addictive. (the stories tend to be a bit out there!) And though none of the games are perfect they have been very worthwhile purchasing due to the size of the games.
I fear that this will end now that it has been announced for the 360.
