I'm downloading the demo now, might aswel give it a try - looks like a nice game.
Something nice, but after seeing GiantEnemyLobster's comment i couldn't help but lol at the fact MS has been buying up all these exclusive JRPGs, sony gets one from sega and it beats all those that MS bought out.
lold
Kojima is at the top of my list and always will be
Media molecule earn around 4th place for now since LittleBigPlanet could of well of been a fluke, but the support the are lining up for the game is amazing..
Is that why i have more fun on my PS3 than my 360?
There are alot of stories of this happened over on the playstation forums and sony replacing them straight away.
Your ps3 is probably faulty, sony have been replacing those loud ps3s because apparently they are faulty.
Ring 'em up and get your new ps3!
Its hard to find a games company that doesn't, i don't see anything wrong with them slightly cleaning them up like they have done here.
Bullshots. Don't get me wrong - it'll be a great looking game, just not quite up to that standard. Those have obviously been cleaned up alot.
The data transfer rate on blu-ray is much higher than that of DVD hence why a faster blu-ray drive isn't needed. Like i said above, the numbers say that the blu-ray drive is perfectly fine the way it is, but it may be different when put into practice.
But i really think that it is just the developers taking advantage of the hard disk in every system. I mean why else would developers be complaining about not one being in every 360?
I think developers are just taking advantage of the PS3s hard drive in every console, why else would developers complain about the lack of hard drive on every 360?
Blu-ray has a much higher data transfer rate than DVD so that eliminates the need for a faster drive, if you put numbers to numbers then technically the ps3 comes out on top in terms of optical data reading.
But you know, they're just numbers - who knows what goes on when you attempt to develop for the con...
Were probably highly compressed so that the download wasn't that big, with the retail version they have all the space on the blu-ray so they can get away with uncompressed textures.
But it looks amazing.
However much rubbish FBI spurts, i can't help but love him.
Are you joking? Seriously? The jaggies are exactly the same on both versions - i've just tried them both.

The textures on the PS3 version look slightly better but i only noticed when i focused on one spot. They both look fairly identical.
The ps3 version looks slightly better, but only slightly - i only noticed the diffence when i focused hard on one spot.
They both look amazing - but it is ps3 for me, prefer the controller and ps3 gets exclusive DLC.

Well we shouldn't be worrying till the 360 gets at least 2mill sales in japan, currently its at around 800k? Right?
There is no duck and cover system in CoD4 Story mode or Multiplayer, they're similar games - having no cover system in cod4 worked well, right?
[PS3] Grand Theft Auto IV (Capcom) - 77000
[360] Grand Theft Auto IV (Capcom) - 27000
Now who said the ps3 was in trouble in japan? :)
And it runs perfectly well, no framerate hitches and you'll notice a few jaggies if you actually stop and look around (I didn't notice any till i was told there was some) plus the PS3 version gets exclusive DLC.
I'm downloading the 360 one now just to see what its like, i doubt it'd get it on the 360 though when the PS3 version runs that well.
Thats like me saying "Microsoft copied the PS2 by putting a DVD drive in their system".
Grow up.
Its the 360 that needs saving in japan. Getting a few thousand more sales than it for a month or two isn't that great, especially when its just under 2million sales behind the ps3.
