Thank god for that. Just because stupid consumers keep blindly lusting for 'bigger numbers' specs, it does not mean manufactures have to sacrifice huge performance potential for petty dot counts.

If you are sat far enough away from the panel to not be able to see the pixel structure then what is the point of adding more pixels?

For video alone, there is no point as 1080p still has so much more to give:- uncompressed 10 bit video @ 1080p and just 30fps ...

Despite the sheer lunatic amounts of cash that they have milked from the poor World of Warcrack addicts, Blizzard have ambitiously attempted to curb piracy on this game by punishing those who paid $60 for the experience and making the single player game online only!

Sound easy to live with? How about when you get disconnected during play, you only retain cash and items and have to fight all the same monsters in the same section again because it has to quit the game rather th...

The script reason they give makes perfect sense to me as my 37MB file slowly dropped to 21MB after a huge list of 'errors' listed themselves out on the screen when I completed the main quest before this patch. I am going to try this patch to one such save game I still have to see if it the same effect.

It would be interesting to see someone who has never played a FF game to start at XIII-2 and work backwards.

Would they really share the same views as those of us who fondly reminisce our glowing-edged recollections of the previous games?

It always reminds me of how the old feel compelled to tell the young about how different things were when they were young.

Got to also add that getting an SSD drive for your PS3 makes for some amazing performance increases to load times. Skyrim on a new game with a fresh SSD really is omg good.

I have 235hrs and just about every bug possible. 37mb save file.

The funny thing is that I have not stored a single book on any of my bookshelves so take from that what you will.

After such a lengthy play and still no Platinum, I ended up creating a new character using every exploit to level/up get gold etc, saving it there and then going after each Trophy separately before returning to that save. Much better!

I still love the game but am g...

I think I may well have the most glitched game save ever for this game. 210 Hours and cannot complete any of the main quests as they are all bugged out along with some 20 others. My character is hollow and has no face, my save game is a healthy 37MB and my framerate is 0.1 most of the time.

Still loved it when it ran well but will never buy another Bethesda game again if they fail to sort this issue out as it is not really fit for the purpose intended (at least on PS3) in my o...

It is both the best and worst for me.

I have completed 180 hours of mainly fun on my PS3 version (!) but it is so broken at this point too as all the main quest branches have hit bugs that stop them from being able to be completed so I will never finish it for starters.

Then, more than often, the game runs at as low as 1 frame every three seconds or so(no exaggeration). I even purchased a Corsair Version 3 SSD GT drive for my PS3 which turbocharged it to 1 fps (...

That book upgrade/skill/level glitch does still exist and works with 1.2 on my PS3.

Play uncharted 2 again and see how many 'leg up' moments there are! I lost count but appreciated the increased elevation :)

It may be okay to mention that the PS3 version streams the high-res textures in slower than the 360 as part of a narrative comparison but what is the point of taking the PS3 screens for comparison when they have not finished loading the textures? We get it! Now show us a graphics comparison!

It's like saying that the 360 version loads the game quicker and then showing the title screen of the 360 version next to a 'Loading.....' screen on the PS3 as a comparison....

Check the controller. If it has teeth marks, there is your reason. Human error.

Exactly dragonlite.

This guy may be able to hold a soldering iron but he will only fool the fools.

Trouble is that they will all probably line up to have work done and he will make a fortune!

There is nothing wrong with his attempts as far as giving himself something to do but taking pics off your plasma make me laugh too :)
