Apparently, the delay is due to devs struggling to get as many cubes on the screen with one platform. :P
It could be down to core reservations OR clock speed. You can make those numbers from either. But yes, either way it seems that Sony are faster here too.
It's very admirable of Sony to keep hush about advantages such as these, especially when the competition have been so vocal about the CPU Clock speed upgrades.
The factories will take note, make changes and slowly problems like these (if it even exists) will go away. Is someone really going to change their mind about buying a PS4 over something like this? No.
I played Mario in the 80's and have purchased certain historic titles but am by no means a fanatic lunatic but I got this new title on Wii U and it is excellent!
I love the whole artificial world, materials and whole reach out and touch 3d aesthetic. The design of the levels in absolute genius. It's not trying to be realistic and it doesn't need to.
With so many games striving to emulate the film medium, Mario is still a refreshing reminder than comput...

I thought Broken Age was awesome too.
The palette, lighting and motion blur look great in these shots. Can you take some replay shots?
That would be great. Cheers.
This game is using a clever prerendered destruction system and looks so good for it. Some next gen trickery in places maybe but it makes for a stunning looking game.
Products like these can and will evolve. It's a good thing as they can listen to the community and look over the fence at what competitors are doing as they go.
The problem is that you then search Youtube for recent in-game and replay footage and its all pants compared to those screens. It's great what they have achieved but it hardly shats on the competition..
Well, the odd thing was that I was going to get a Xbox to go with my PS4 but, in the end, I decided on a Wii U. The two go together surprisingly well. Just 5 months ago, I have laughed till I was blue in the face about owning a Wii U as I hate all the gimmicks but, in the flesh, there are some amazingly playable and old-school enjoyable games running at 60fps with great art, attention to detail and jaw dropping level design and 'feel'. I don't want COD or BF4 on the Wii U, it i...

Right before he said the headline, he said...
"Balázs Török did flag up one unusual thing about the Xbox 360 from around 2007/2008, though."

I just want to play good games. With my PS4, there is still a gap that is left for a companion console and after considering the Xbox One, I decided instead to opt for the Wii U. It was an impulse buy. I really knew little about it other than it used silly gimmicks to control well designed exclusive games.
It turned out much, much better than I thought with many neat touches and pleasant surprises. I think it was the new Mario World that got me hooked. Now I have it all set...
If you kick it, it moves around the floor. tut, another obvious flaw.
One question. Why the bloody hell do I want to push it for?
It hurts when I push my eyeball.
I expect honesty. I get deceit and manipulation.
All the more determined NOT to buy an XBox One now. You failed Polygon!
After today's list from Polygon, I will never again visit their site.
Please, please, please even. Going from PS2 to PS3, the biggest and most shocking disappointment for me was the huge reduction in Japanese titles. There was such an amazingly diverse and rich library of content in the past and Japan seems worryingly lacking the confidence they once had.
Come on Japan!, some of the most amazing and unique concepts in console computing have originated from your shores.
Here is wishing for a flood of new and exciting titles.
