I pointed that out a couple months ago actually. Only negative ones get any real attention. And you'll always see the same people in the comments as well either trolling or just plain trashing Nintendo or any fans with enough gall to disagree.
So a few slutty girls used gaming to get attention and you feel the need to separate gamers by gender?
Thanks for the wall of text for why that is, btw.
You'd be surprised. I've seen my fair share of people say Nintendo is, in fact, doomed. Or their financial situation is so bad they'll go software only/3rd party or what have you.
A year ago I kept reading stories about Nintendo stock dropping. This is the second one I've read where it's actually risen.
Ohmaigawd they're still doomed right gaiz?!
Heck if I know what caused the stock increase (might be their focus in the western markets, but that's just a guess on my part) what with the weakened yen, but I imagine at least a few people at Nintendo are smiling their butts off right now.
It's worth noting that Mario Kart 7 contributed to the 3DS' comeback at the end of its first year. It managed to sell a million very quickly and helped boost the 3DS' sales. We could see history repeat itself with the new Wii U title.
Personally I just want them to try and balance the gameplay in such a way where it's faster, more competitive and has more item balance (going from no blue shells in one game to four in another makes no sense to me). The online i...
"Screw you, ManShep is old hat robble robble robble!"
Nah, just kidding. It's a preference. I always played as FemShep and thought nothing of anyone else's character or story. Mass Effect is all about building your own story from the gameplay. Why judge someone for taking their story into the direction they want?
Can't we all just stick with "gamer"? Seriously, girls have been playing games for just as long as guys. It just took this long for us to acknowledge it it seems.
Nintendo and Sony both, and good on them. There's a lot of untapped talent out there.
I'm pretty sure I saw a supposed retailer listing for a Wii U version of that game. They may officially announce one soon, if not already.
A peripheral is okay, though I assume there's an extra cost for it? Better than nothing I suppose.
People are looking for third party support akin to what the Playstation, Playstation 2 and Xbox 360 have had. Wii U has some third party support, but it's obviously not up to the same level as what Sony has with the PS4 or what Microsoft had this past generation.
Though to claim that the third party support is a big zero is an exaggeration. Monster Hunter and Lego City came out just a few weeks ago and neither were so much as published by Nintendo.
Four levels? Dare I ask how many there are in the full game? Also what's the word on the Challenge Mode that Ansel and the developers got for the Wii U?
"Man all I can do is laugh at the choices Iwata is making."
Barring your overall flawed logic, this statement in particular is both ignorant and delusional. You seriously think a single man makes all of the decisions at one of gaming's biggest corporations? Like Sony, Microsoft and any large scale company, Nintendo's overall choices are pitched and executed by many, many people. Iwata has power as president sure, but he doesn't hold all the power. But as...
It was outselling the Vita prior to the Vita's price drop.
It's good for the platform to have more simultaneous releases as oppose to older ports (akin to the launch lineup). Hopefully Nintendo can further this trend so Wii U owners have more games while waiting for the first party stuff.
As for me, it depends on features. If these third party releases offer something the other versions don't (off-TV play for example) then I'll probably get that version.
"PS4 + PS Vita = Gamepad is history."
$600+ vs. $300 - $350.
Gotta love how people still have the audacity to hit that disagree button.
The Wii U had a few recent releases. Some attest its recent boost to Monster Hunter and Dragon Quest. Frankly I think it's good to see both the Wii U and Vita outpacing their predecessors.
I assume you mean Rocksteady?
I'm all for approaching this with an open mind. We don't even have a trailer yet, and a new developer doesn't always spell disaster. I just hope Kevin Conroy is still the voice of Batman.
I beg to differ. I am keeping an eye out for Ducktales, Deus Ex, Injustice and Mutant Mudds Deluxe.
