dont forget Rockstar's Red Dead Redemption!
seriously, go read about it (IGN's Dan Houser interview is a good start). it's going to be awesome. it will have probably the biggest game world Rockstar has ever created, packed with content and minigames. for example you can hunt in the game (there are more than 40 different animals roaming the wilderness), you can tame wild horses with your lasso (when was the last time you could do this!?), and of course play poker, have duels and a...
thanks.
that Special Forces Mode sounds awesome, im glad they are making a separate co-op mode from the main story. should add plenty more value to it.
also that "Live-Patching" sounds pretty innovative, multiplayer can get pretty dull if things like spawn points never get any variation. i wonder what else they can change without actual patches... hmmm. i hope they will do some surprising things to throw us off :P
looks like IW really know what...
"Especially the multiformats of which are worse.GTA, R5, Fifa 09, GT prologue all jaggie."
i dont think... uhh nevermind.
wow.
that's why it's called a job, you have to review even the games you hate thoroughly.
otherwise it's just a hobby.
i've defended Eurogamer before but not this time... if the accusations really are true. i dont care about Darkfall, but i do care about their right to get their game reviewed as fairly as any other game, even if it sucks.
this story is from a guy who is working on, of all games, Modern Warfare 2?
why would he, in a pretty comfortable situation, suddenly risk his credibility in the industry with this story..?
hmmh this is really putting my mind into a spin, i dunno what to think. extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, though.
yeah, narcissistic people are very good at acting nice... but their narcissism might also cause them to act violently sometimes.
and we all have at least a little bit of narcissism in us.
my favorites so far have been KZ2, Flower and Skate 2.
most fun i've had is probably with Skate 2, even though the game has its problems. but once they updated the PS3 version with custom music, i've been all over it. the multiplayer especially is FRICKING FUN! and challenging, because there are some incredibly skilled virtual skaters out there. it's very satisfying to own people, and very humbling to get owned by someone better, because it's such an extremely skill-based game.
dude, you need a different approach.
for example, make constructive comments. your overflowing fanboyism and bubble begging is just a waste of everyone's time.
you can get the english/chinese version of Afrika called Hakuna Matata from renchi.com too, they import to Europe. i got my copy pretty fast, along with that diving game Aquanaut's Holiday :) the latter even has trophies, yay.
im a PS3 fan and i kind of agree with you, they (Bethesda) dont have to release anything on the PS3 if they dont want to... which is why im actually really greatful that i got Oblivion and Fallout 3 on my PS3, because i love those games so much, and if they werent on PS3 i would have had to buy a 360 or a better PC to play them, but thanks to Bethesda i can just stick with my PS3. they have actually saved me money.
i just love games more than i love any particular console. i will...
remember guys that Bethesda worked hard to make a SUPERIOR console version of one of the most important games this gen, Oblivion, on PS3, back when the PS3 install base was A LOT smaller than it is now, and back when almost 100% of ports were clearly inferior on PS3. Oblivion was a really nice thing on PS3, it proved that you can port succesfully from the 360... but, did you buy it? did you buy DLC for it? did we PS3 owners support Bethesda when they were showing love for the PS3..?
<...
oh man, when i bought Wipeout HD i felt like i was stealing! i could have paid double for that game.. and im a pretty cheap (and poor) person.
ooohh that sounds scary.
stop fear-mongering dude :P gaming is not going anywhere.
6 bucks for extra content in a great videogame aint that bad, honestly.
im about to go buy a pizza that costs more, and that fun will be over in like 15 minutes...
i have this weird feeling Microsoft will unveil Duke Nukem Forever as a console exclusive (lame term btw, ugh), and there will be a release date (a real one this time!).
(im just pulling this out of my butt in pure paranoia, of course)
disagree, why? the TITLE of this article spoils a rather interesting part about the game, which i would have liked to find out myself...
nice spoiler article. i have not played this game yet myself :/
COMPLETELY off-topic lol but...
that quote "in the end there will be chaos" gives me the shivers because according to many prominent scientists, thats what will happen to our reality... when our universe "dies" eventually, there will be an almost endless period (think hundreds of trillions of years, unthinkable) of a state of total chaos, every particle in the universe will just go crazy. there will be no stars, no planets, no life, just pure darkness and chao...
