I'd like to be able to play God Of War 1 and 2 since people keep telling me how great it was.
Maybe one day I'll get the chance.
Sony took it out for a reason....
Probably because they know you'd buy less PS3 games if you can get cheap PS2 games both new and used.
The biggest game in Sony's repertoire is the GRAN TURISMO franchise.
That has always been the Cream of the crop...a game that has and can literally sell systems.
When that releases, then we'll know for sure.
I hear Socom is pretty good.
I read it had problems when it first was released, but has since been corrected quite well.
what's your problem with Socom?
Think about it.....All Sony did was PATENT this idea/concept.
So, now, if some "regular Joe" tries to create and release some "homebrew" BC, it could now be viewed as patent infringement and/or Piracy.
This is the first thing that came to mind when I saw these patent specs.
Probably not the greatest thing for us PS3 consumers, imo.
Little Big Planet recieved OVERALL GAME OF THE YEAR at the AIAS awards.
In case you didn't know what that is, the AIAS awards is considered the video game equivalent of the Oscars.
That's quite an honor....you don't think so, deeznutssony?
Even though I have yet to watch or use HULU, the option to do so is (was) always nice.
In order to play a 360 with full competence, you need a harddrive. If you don't get a harddrive then you essentially have an incomplete XBOX....That's $300.
Then you need XBOX LIVE, and that's $50yr.
Then, you are gonna need to get the rechargeable battery kit $20-$30.
So that's $370 minimum. You still don't have WiFi, Bluetooth, or a BluRay/HD-DVD, and come a year later you still need to pay another $50 to play random games online with other people.
...
It makes you a fortunate gamer.
In that case.....I may have to get a Wii.
:P
Remember a PHOENIX may burn up, but it will always rise from it's own ashes.....
That's certainly an improvement on XBOX 360....wouldn't you say?
:P
They both look exactly the same quality to me.
Am I the only one?
I wonder how far along in development they are....anyone know?
I remember it took me about 2 weeks to beat it.
All you had to do was dodge Mike for the first 1:30, and from there you could beat him.
Hell,
I still remember the Mike Tyson Code.
Activision's "bluff" is about money. It isn't about anything else really.
Activision wants Sony to kick down some "$" either directly or indirectly, and given what we've heard, Sony doesn't really do that, and apparently not to Activision's liking.
So good for them....just ignore Activision's extortion attempt and keep making the most ground breaking tech. marvels EVER seen on consoles to date.
Ok, tuglu_pati.....
I'm glad that you savor McDonalds food, adore Honda Civics, and cherish MTV awarded movies.
Who am I to argue that those aren't uber......
You like what you like, right?
Good luck with that, tuglu_pati.

Why would "sales" mean anything to me? I don't know about you 2, but I don't own any Sony stock. Do you own MS stock?
If sales is your personal "indicator" of a something that's good, then I suppose you think MCDONALDS is awesome, right?
McDonalds sells well, do they have good food?
Honda Civics sells well, and while acceptable to many, I wouldn't consider that a "GOOD" car....Do you?
By that same Token, lots of...

Not even in the same ballpark.
