New IP's just aren't worth that much near the end of a consoles's life cycle. They mean the most in the late first or early 2nd year of a new console.

Nearly all the press coverage for the first game said Zelda meets God of War. I'm betting that was how they promoted it in the press packs. Now it's suddenly offensive? Sigh. Stop with the drama.
You know what else was just like Zelda to the point where it was virtually a clone ? Legacy of Kain (copied older 2D style Zeldas), and Soul Reaver (copied the hub world with unlocks structure from LoZ:OoT).

I was very disappointed with Heavy Rain so I'm off the Cage train. Omikron and Fahrenheit were okay but I'm just not impressed with this guy's output anymore.

There was no $#@#ing realism in MGS to ruin. It was born over the top.

No one cares about Sony anymore. No one EVER cared about Gaikai. Sony doesn't even care about their own VITA product.
