Resistance was pretty boring and Killzone 2 and 3 were both even more dude-bro stupid than Gears of War.
Now Insomniac gets to find our how dishonest and fickle the Sony fandom is and how utterly worthless and rehearsed all the praises they received in the past for all their exclusive games really were. Now they get to find out why most of their sales this gen have been middling at best and why their games did not drive people to purchase PS3's in great numbers. Poor bastards. I didn't buy a Wii until 2008. Hell they generally weren't available on store shelvess until a couple of months before I bought one. And it was $250. At $300 I don't really want one. Pass. See you in 2014 or so. Maybe.
PS3 has made me not care about Sony anymore. I have no plans to get one.
I'll probably get the next Xbox two years after it launches. I think I'm going to pass on Wii U too. The multiplats are more than enough to keep me happy. The few Sony Exclusives I've really liked (Uncharted, Uncharted 2, Valkyria Chronicles) don't really warrant a purchase. Stuff like Killzone 2,3, Infamous 1,2, and Resistance 1-3 and any God of War past 2 has very little appeal to me. ...

The villain for Dark Alliance III, revealed at the very end of 2, is a mummy lord from a country that no longer exists in the Forgotten Realms (Mulhorand, the fake Ancient Egypt)after the 4th edition changes. And D&D is already doing marketing for the next version of D&D since 4th split their audience and lost a whole bunch of them to Pathfinder.

Yeah. And Nuts and Bolts was a pretty great game too. Not what Banjo Kazooie fans wanted but still a lot of fun and beuatiful. I even liked 'Grabbed by the Ghoulies' and the 'Conker's BFD' remake.
PD:Z was okay though I was never much of a PD fan,got over Goldeneye quickly, and never much liked the Timesplitters games. I just don't much care for that style/type of console...
